Push hard & many times on the screen to copy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's not easy to use when copying. Have to push hard and many times on the screen in order to copy. I could use the eraser end of a pencil on my old printer. This one is frustrating.

not good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.no setup disk, setting up on line with hp is cumbersome. the printer did not function after hp said it was completely setup. it spit out plain paper after i tried to print. an attempt to print a photo was a disaster colored ink smeared all over the photo paper, with no semblance to a finished photo. it really deserves a one star or no stars.

Won’t print wirelessly without restart
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The printer has to be shut down every 24 hours (after midnight) in order to be able to print wirelessly. The printer constantly sends a message that it is out of paper when the tray has paper. I had these problems with my last HP printer but I purchased a newer more expensive one thinking that might be the issue but the problems persist. I was told it was because my Bluetooth settings were interfering with the signal but disabling it did not help.

Worst Printer EVERRRR!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Please don't waste your money on this printer. I only had it for 2 days when it stopped working. Thought I did something wrong so I didn't use it for a few days, tried it again and it worked. That didn't last ling only for a few weeks then it started back saying it was printing and it didn't. Found a few people online who said the same thing.

Very Frustrated and Unhappy!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stopped working after only having it for one year and 10 months. The Best Buy Geek Squad does not repair printers! We are going to have to work with HP to solve the issue, but I already spent most of a day working with HP to solve an HP Smart issue. We have already spent close to 2 weeks trying to resolve issues with this printer during a time when we are trying to complete our books for our personal business!

Not a photo printer
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went to buy another printer that was on sale but saw this one and one the box it promoted photo printer. This is the worst printer I have ever tried to print photos on. You get lines on your photos where the printer is changing colors. Terrible. The paper trays are a joke. The photo tray you can barely see and trying to put paper in the tray is like putting on blinders, you just have to guess you got it right.

Printing Real Life
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP Envy 7155 is a fantastic all-in-one printer. Very easy to set up and the controls are extremely user friendly. I love that I can integrate the printing feature with my mobile device and print images I take on my phone directly to the printer in stunning quality. The color in my images are vibrant and lifelike. Before getting this printer I would take my memory card or phone to a local store with printing services. Now I can print quickly, with amazing color, right in my home. You can even use the color touch screen on the front panel of the printer to make adjustments to your image before printing (like cropping areas). I would definitely recommend this printer to everyone looking to print amazing photos and take advantage of all the benefits of an all-in-one printer.

Does not print
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I Purchased this printer a few months ago and just started using it the other day. I’ve tried to clean and realign the printheads, Still not printing anything that resembles what should be doing. Now they’re telling me it’s no longer returnable. My old HP printer was doing the exact same thing, but after five years. I guess this one will be going into the trash as well. Do not purchase

Horrible Set-Up
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good luck setting this horrible product up. Do yourself a favor and buy one with buttons since there is no way to override anything it's asking you to do.
