    We have not been able to get the printer to work. The printer shows how to scan, photo but to try and print school it has failed. Waiting for a booster to see if that helps but will probably be returning.

    TRASH. Will hold you hostage and not allow printing if you use instant ink and it thinks you're not signed in or have an expired credit card. Had to uninstall and restart and won't connect via cable or bluetooth. Photos are dark and don't print correctly.

    Worst printer I’ve owned. Does not have multiple load paper capabilities.Have to put each paper for scan or copy one at a time on flatbed . Scanner at times scans documents that are blurred and unreadable

    Have to disconnect power each if left is sleep mod

    I would not recommend this printer! If you leave in sleep mode the next time you use it it Hass to be disconnected from power to reset/reboot. Very disappointed in the printer

    Terrible printer. The print head dried out in a month of non usage and they couldnt not be cleaner or revived. Never printed full pages again after 1 month of no use.

    Terrible printer

    This printer has never performed correctly since I purchased it. It leaves numerous 1/4" wide lines all over the printed material and no amount of cartridge alignment or cleaning will fix it. I am returning it today. Glad I bought a replacement plan.

    Not worth wasting your money.

    Barely used it a few times and already it doesn’t work. Keeps saying it needs a new ink cartridge when it has a new one in it that was sent thru their monthly subscription plan for ink.

    Lid is broken so doesn't close. Won't print from the computer despite hours my son and I spent trying to connect it. Tried everything but won't connect. Just printing a copy caused it to jam every time. In my trunk right now to return to Best Buy. Piece of crap.

    Bought this printer one month ago , I was impressed because of the new ink program. Went to use it today and it was frozen after 3 hours got ahold of HP we tried to get it to work with no luck they are sending me a new one

    The worse product ever! Came without ink. Ink sent did not work! HP online help DID NOT HELP. Finally got a replacement. It was a refurbished one, I bought a new one originally. HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THIS ONE.

    I hate this printer, prints terrible pictures and the paper type doesn't matter. I have printed on matte, gloss and regular paper. I have tried all different settings it doesn't matter. Save your money.

    does not seem to be compatible with my MAC. i have attempted to set it up over an dover again; everything says that is is connected to WiFi, but will not print

    Always frustrating when you open the box, set up the printer and then get get error message saying a paper jam when there is no paper jam. Unable to get it to work. Very frustrated

    Ink won’t last, after printing about 30 pages the ink was almost done. Not worth spending so much money the be able to print only 30 pages.

      First of all, I do want to mention that the page yields advertised are just an estimate value and vary with the density of the prints. Regardless, there are some tips you might try for limiting ink consumption:
      - You can use the printer's draft mode setting, whenever possible, to save ink.
      - It is worthwhile to perform printer cleaning procedure, instruction can be found in the User Manual.
      - Shutting the printer down between uses can also help; however, always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That lets the printer “park” itself.
      - Using the font that requires less ink is advisable.
      - If you suspect that the low page yield was caused by a defective cartridge, you are always free to contact the Vendor/Seller of that cartridge.

    Always offline, Won’t print

    I went online to a forum on this printer, everyone seems to have the same problem, it says ready to print but then won’t print because it’s offline again!! Also quality of print with new ink is very poor.

    This printer was ridiculously complicated to set up. It requires you to load software on every computer you want to use it with (not just a print driver). You should pass and use easier to set up models.
