It's easy to use and prints really well. I wish the required USB cable had been included or at least I should have been told I would need one.

Wish we had replaced our old printer sooner. This printer was easy to setup. Pictures are great,prints rapidly and have no negative comments.

Easy set up. Connected easily to WiFi, so prints from devices anywhere in our house. Dependable. Quiet. We appreciate that there is a scanner with the printer, we use it often. Photo-print friendly: separate tray for photo paper, produces a great quality print. Has a port so you can print directly from your camera's SD card. We use the Instant Ink service which we love! The HP Smart app shows at a glance how much ink is in the printer. Gets a workout between parents working from home and students learning virtually.

This is my second one. Works great for simple in home use, good color. Prints are always crisp, quick for non-larger office work. It was easy to set up, for MAC and PC

Our previous printer died. It would no feed paper to be printed on. This printer is much quieter than the previous one. Easy to set up.

Print quality is good. Had a hard time unpacking the printer and removing all the packing materials. Didn't realize the suggested USB cord was necessary for faster setup. Took a tech almost 5 hours to download and connect the printer drivers. The paper tray drawer sticks and is hard to open. The touch screen keys are hard to use, I had to makes some copies and I had to touch the key several times. I do like being able to make 2 sided copies.

I was blown away by how easy this was to set up and get running. Printing from my iOS devices is so easy and picture printing quality is fantastic.

Prints quality photos quickly with no difficulties. Easy to set up and connect to my phone for wireless printing which can be done from anywhere.

I feel like this is a great printer for the money. It prints well. However, there are three things that I'm struggling with a little. For the price difference between this and the lower model -- I would want the lid for the scanner to do that expansion thing some do to allow for books. Second, I found the print cartridges a little annoying to set properly. And, third, we're having what I can only imagine is a firmware issue. The printer doesn't always shut off. We've had to unplug it from the power source twice to reset it.

I received this as a Christmas gift. I asked for it so I could print my own pictures from my camera since photography has been a hobby of mine from a very young age. This printer does SO much more than just print pictures. So far it was easy to set up and make copies of documents or print pages from the computer. I haven't printed any pictures from it yet but if the work I have printed so far is any indication of its quality than I am positive I will not be disappointed when that time comes in the very near future.

I absolutely love this printer.. Just having a wireless printer that my children can use is a huge plus in my home... it’s functionality is very easy to understand

We got this since my old one just took a nose dive. This HP printer works great haven't had any issues. Was very easy to plug an print. Picture quality are great but I use this for more for work an school work an the print out have turn out great quality print. For the price it was a great buy. Plus I wanted to thank the staff member that help me get this thru this shut down an made so easy to order online an roadside pick up was great. Would buy online in future purchase as it made it so simple. But will still rather to walk in an browse around :)
