Had to buy a new all in one because my older one scan stopped working. Took a little while for this non-tech person to get it set up. Finally got the wifi printing to work but it won't scan to my computer. Keeps saying to go to the site to set it up--did that twice and still no go. I can scan to my email--but not even to a USB--just will take extra steps to get my scans in proper files. Also takes a little long to power up

This printer was easy to set up for this non-techie person. It prints beautifully although I’ve not printed pictures yet.

I returned this printer to Best Buy and received a full refund. It is a good printer but does not do borderless photo prints and that was a deal breaker for me. Some HP Envy printers do borderless photos, some don't. This is something new I have learned after 3 days of online research, working on the phone with an HP tech, and (most helpful) talking with the Best Buy HP employee at the store as he researched the different printers for me. If you want borderless printing, this printer does not give you that. Otherwise, the photo print quality is very good and the document printing is clear and sharp. HP Smart is the app that you control the processes through or you can print/scan, etc from the front panel. Set up was not as simple as I thought it should be seeing as how I have an HP computer and have previously owned only HP printers, so set up and how they work is not totally new to me. Set up was a bit confusing and I had to go online and research to find the app and other information I needed. There is no manual that comes with the box. That also has to be found and downloaded from online. It's a good printer. Just did not do for me what I had expected it to do after owning several other HP printers previously. It's a case of making something "better" and really, change does not mean better HP. It just means different. And "different" from my other HP printers is not what I wanted.

This printer was easy to set up and the price is even better! I love the quality of the prints as well.

I’v Only had this printer for a month, but so far so good. Prints very well. The setup was very easy. Using wirelessly with mac and iPhones.

Prints both regular print jobs and photos very well. It is nice to print photos wirelessly from my iPhone and it selects the photo paper automatically because there are two trays. One for photo paper and the other for regular size paper. Scans well too. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because it is a flat scanner and on rare occasions I need to scan a legal page. I didn't think of that when I purchased because my last printer had a feeder and it would recognize the difference.

So far so good .. easy to set up for home and phone use . Great size for home office and works great !

Need a printer and this works great as a wireless printer. Fairly easy to set up. Have enjoyed it so far.

So far so good. Had to replace my older HPEnvy printer because it started producing wavy-lines and words and kept getting "printer head stalled" messages. Got fed up. Also had an HP printer prior to that one that went out. We don't print all that much either. Very frustrating since ink cartridges were at least half full. That said, I thought I'd take another chance on an HP printer. I have no idea how long this one will last, but so far, I like it. What it does that the old Envy did not is print two-sided without any manual intervention. It also lets me scan multiple pages into one document. I don't know about faxing. I haven't tried that. The initial supply of ink is still in the printer and I haven't had to buy any yet. I think we've printed 20-30 pages so far at least. I've seen other comments about initial ink not lasting more than a few pages. Printer was easy to set up and download the drivers. Probably took only 15 minutes to get it going. My husband who is not at all techy got the drivers downloaded on his desktop computer very quickly too. I didn't have to help him. I don't generally print photos so can't comment on those. Bought it mainly for printing docs, copying and scanning.
