Really Like this Printer

So, when I went to hook this printer up, instead of going to the web site and downloading the step-by-step directions, I put the paper & cartridges in the printer first and then went to the web site. Despite not following the directions as I should have, I was still able to get this printer working with no problems. I LOVE to print pictures and this printer is Great for that! I would definitely purchase this printer again.

This was easy to setup with their HP app you can download onto your mobile device. Easy to use. The only feedback I have that needs to be mentioned is the starter ink cartridges provided. It printed maybe 5 full colored pages and it was I need of replacement. I was hoping to get at least 15-20 pages to really test it out.

I’ve been using Epson for many years and have found that they have excellent customer service. Based on reviews, I decided to try this HP. The price was ok and the purchasing experience was super easy (online purchase for curbside pick up) at my local Best Buy. Set up is effortless and so far I have had no problems with using it. So many built in features I think it’s made for tired brains like mine.
