Purchased this to replace a broken printer at home and finally get one that can connect to wireless easily. Set up was a breeze and printing is great. I do wish I had bought more of a business printer with a top feed rather than a photo but I can’t complain. Due to the shipping of items in the current pandemic my local store only had 2 printers in stock and it was this or a $600 laser jet.

I am really impressed with the quality of print at this printers price point. Easy set up and instant ink ready.

Needed to replace an old printer and wanted something compact. This was the prefect printer,easy to setup and compact. It’s a nice upgrade now that we can print on the network and from our phones/tablets. We did sign up for the HP Instant Ink, which for us is nice. We will get ink sent when needed. We been using this printer regularly and not have any issues. We print a handful of pages ever other day.

I love this printer! In fact with this printer you’re able to do Mobil Fax. Yes, you can fax important documents from your phone from anywhere. No more giving Office Depot my money. It also has a scan and print I D option. Good quality printer. Hp offered me a 4.99$ a month ink refill that the printer (sticker on the printer) tell them when your ink is low. Before the third week I opened my front door and there it was “new ink!”

This printer along with its app has suprisingly been very simple and convenient. Best of all the pictures come out GREAT!

I needed a replacement for an existing HP printer, and this model (described in easy-to-understand language by an excellent Best Buy rep) fir the bill. I also signed up for the HP printer refill program. It was a cinch to link the printer to my computer and it was working, efficiently and quietly, in minutes. I highly recommend it! I did NOT need the upgraded photo printer; this one does black and white and color documents beautifully and quickly; the quality is excellent and it's fast too.

The print quality is very good. Not too loud. Price was very reasonable.

The prints look great, the scanner works well. My only hiccup with this printer is that when printing from the HP Smart phone app or via the web, sometimes the printer doesn’t wake up and the app/web site say the printer cannot be found. Power cycling the printer fixes it, but that kind of defeats the idea of being able to print from anywhere. Happy with the print quality and speed, and I would buy this printer again.
