So far so good. Set up was easy and we are able to print from our phones, iPad and Mac.

I needed a replacement for an existing HP printer, and this model (described in easy-to-understand language by an excellent Best Buy rep) fir the bill. I also signed up for the HP printer refill program. It was a cinch to link the printer to my computer and it was working, efficiently and quietly, in minutes. I highly recommend it! I did NOT need the upgraded photo printer; this one does black and white and color documents beautifully and quickly; the quality is excellent and it's fast too.

I had to take my lap top to the Geek Squad 4 times before it was returned to me with some of the same problems. It still is not repaired. I have an extended warranty until May 2020. the mouse on the lAP TOP - sorry for the caps but now my caps lock button seems to be permanently with the light on - despite now still on my entries are in lower cASE. I AM MORE THAN FRUSTARTED . The first trip to the Geek squad was brief. I was told I needed to use the on-line service when I complained about issues with the key board My second attempt I contacted on-line support and was told they couldn't do anything that I needed to take it to a geek squad to be repaired, I took it to another Geek Squad who kept it for a few hours , stating no issues but to just cleanup some files. They returned my lap top with the back rubber covering the back access areas stretched and falls off. Still not fixed. 4th trip to a different Geek Squad they kept it most of the day still not fixed. I do have the extended warranty that will expire in May. I wonder if they will discover the problem once my warranty runs out??

I love this printer! I use it as a single page printer in my classroom. It is super easy to hook up, use and replace the ink for. It is not as ink hungry as my previous printer from another brand. While it offers the ink enrollment program, I do not use it as I usually print single copies and then use the school copier as needed. I am super happy with the purchase and would buy it again.

This machine does everything I want, including an internet connection, bright photos, and ease of use.

I agonized over what printer to buy. I finally settled on the HP envy and I am very happy with it. I had no problem setting it up and it is easy to use. I had no problem setting up my laptop and my Android phone to print. It does seem a little noisy but that is not a deal-breaker. It does everything that I need it to do.

Easy setup, wireless connectivity is constant, quick and quality printing. Great value for the price.

Bought this with the Black Friday deal and was so worth it. Printed a bunch of photos for my store and they came out perfectly. I wouldn’t recommend printing a large amount of photos tho since the ink and photo paper aren’t cheaper than what you can pay to print photos at store. But if you’re in need of just a couple photos instantly this is awesome for that. The hp app is also very handy for scanning documents onto my phone or email. Everything is very simple and easy to use.

I have had this printer for a while now, and I have not had any problems at all. I got this HP after my Canon finally quit. I was a bit hesitant to switch since I did like the Canon, but the HP has impressed me. The only thing I would suggest is to not buy into HP's ink subscription. If you cancel the ink subscription, they disable the ink cartridges you already have in it, whether they are empty or full.
