NO FREE INK

The one thing I am upset was the free ink for 5 months. When I read the pamphlet, it said that it expired on December 31, 2020 so I didn't even try to put in for it. There were signs in the store and the salesman told me about it but no one said that it had already expired.

Easy to set up and very efficient

I bought it and let me say it’s a great printer. I love the wireless feature. It makes life so much easier. If you’re thinking of buying, trust me it’s worth the money!

HP is easier and more affordable than Epson

This HP does all that I want and liked about my old printer and the ink is much more affordable and available. Print quality is great and it's tech features are still beyond what I really need, but great to have. For anyone with their children/young adult in college, it's definitely a great choice!

"Interesting" Install Procedure
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The MFD works great. Prints quietly, sharp and crisp. Photos come out great on glossy photo paper. And the scanner is so quiet you don't realize it is working. But the installation procedure could use some improvement. That took a while and a few tries. The WiFi connection is easy enough. And I was surprised to find out that I can even email something to the printer from anywhere that I have a cell phone connection and it will be printed and waiting for me when I get back home.

Once I traded it in for another (same one) it worked great, and is still working great!! It's pictures are amazing on paper and actually picture paper As well. Honestly, I love it, even tho It is the first printer I ever owned. But either way it's still good.

Great printer and copier for most simple tasks

The only drawback is that the printer carriage gets dirty with residual ink from the cartridges and eventually renders the printer useless within a year after the warranty runs out. I still like these printers the best and I was really happy with the compatabilty of this particular model to my laptop! So far , so good! I am more than happy!!
