I told the sales person how I used a printer and he directed me to the HP printer. It does everything I want it to do at a price I could afford, He could have directed me to a printer that could do more than I needed with features I would never use. This has been my experience for all the electronic equipment I have purchased a Best Buy.

I was in need of an All in One printer to help my son with his eLearning and after doing some online research i settled on an HP. I unit I wanted was out of stock...Thanks Covid, but BB had this unit for just a few dollars more and It has been Great Purchase decision. Does everything I need and I cannot be happier with this unit.

I love this this printer, it's easy to use and the copies are good.

I purchased this printer as a replacement and was sorely disappointed by the quality. I had an HP Envy printer previously and was thrilled by its longevity and print quality. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for this printer. After many diagnostic reports, I continuously ran into issues with banding on print jobs. The colors are far duller than anticipated, which came as a surprise since I’ve had a great experiences with a HP printers in the past. Outside of quality issues, the printer is very easy to setup. I did experience frequently freezing and slow loading times with the HP Smart app on PC, so I primary use the app on my phone. Ultimately, I purchased an Epson printer a few days later that was around the same price point that gave superior print quality and brilliantly vibrant colors.

Best Buy got the printer to me extremely quickly and it works great. Could be a little faster and takes a while to startup/update, but the quality is great. Disappointed that it wouldn't use prior cartridges from Instant Ink (even though they were the same type/model).

Bought this to print pictures. The quality is outstanding. Easy to set up.

Great quality printer. Does the job i needed it too. I initially had difficulty connecting the printer to my apartment's internet, specifically for my own devices (dorm style internet available for whole building). But I was ultimately able to find a work around. I'd recommend this printer to friends who need a quality option.

I finally upgraded from a HP printer I purchased back in 2007. I love the wireless printing option! No more having the extra wire on my desk for the printer to hook to my laptop. The first day I had the printer, I did a wireless print of a picture from my phone. Quality was awesome! I also printed documents from my phone and from my laptop... they were nice and clear.
