We are using this for our home printer and it is very quick to print in black/white and color. With all family members home with the pandemic we are using it often for work and school. It is a solid product and works above what was expected. We already ran out of ink and I purchased the XL cartridge to hopefully get more life from the ink.

Compatible with my laptop. Easy to set up and use. Makes great copies and pictures.

The copier works well once the installation (which is challenging for a non-techie) is complete. Actually required assistance from work IT person to connect to laptop, smartphone and iPad. Quality of copies is excellent.

Easy set up! Faster than my ol hp printer which died on me after 5 years.

I am happy with this printer but didn’t realize there was no auto feed for copying so each page must be copied individually. This is a drawback to the product but, thankfully, I do more printing than I do copying. Also, when printing, the software defaults to color printing. I would have preferred a default to black-and-white.

I do not use a printer a lot but as good as the photo quality is on this one I might be using it quite a bit. I have not tried anything bigger than 4 by 6 yet but the ones I have printed look great. Copies and text printing are great as well. I like having just 2 ink tanks instead of 6 or whatever my last one had.

Pictures print very colorful and good quality. Havent been able to turn on Bluetooth every-time i try it shows like is loading but would stay like that for hours and ill have to turn off the printer to be able to use regular. Thats the only downside i found so far. Everything else seems to work fine

I am relatively happy with it, good looking print quality and scanner, is a littler slower than expected, but I do not do volume printing, so if I was printing multiple copies of the same document it would probably meet the listed PPM, but if you are mainly printing single copies of multiple documents it is slower than the listed ppm.

so far, it is excellent, prints very good and is east to operate and set up.

I was shown several printers, picked one and thought it would just be plug in and start woking. NOT. It still sits on my shelf, I am77 years young and not a computer trch, thus the reason I had a subscription to Geek Squad till they could not settle on a price for 1 computer, each tech I spoke to gave me different info, thus, my new printer just sits here because I do not know anyone who can come and connect it. I am sure it is a good printer, it is beyond my intelligence, and I am not stupid, just not computer smart. But the sales person was very good and polite.
