I'm pretty technical and found myself struggling with connecting this to wifi. I don't 100% recall, but believe I had to disable IPv6 (which I believe was defaulted to enabled) and maybe alter the default channels. Also, this is the 2nd printer I bought because the 1st one was throwing a "cover is open" error and wouldn't work. I haven't tried printing pics yet, but am anxious to do so. I rated this "good" because of the wifi issues. Print quality of business documents is sufficient for my minimal working from home needs.

So far I have had no trouble from This printer. It definitely get the job done from regular printing to printing photos. It is also good for hear transfer for tee shirts. I love the advanced features as well, such as printing from any where in the world.

This is an awesome printer. I had the 6000 series for a very short time and had to replace as that one would always go "off-line". This is an amazing printer. It is quick, easy to use and I love that it has the display. GREAT PRINTER!

Easy to set up. Works good so far.Have a little trouble with my wireless connection kicking off.

I think I already reviewed this item but here goes again. This was a gift. He said he loved it. Great printer for pictures. He also discovered it could scan as well. Bonus! I have owned an envy printer for about 3 years which is why I chose it as the gift.

I was looking for a good printer that was also lighter in weight to take back and forth From Michigan to Florida. Easy set up too. Having one glitch with the software and will see the Geeks. Otherwise all works well. Great buy!

Best printer that I have owned. Using it a lot now that I am working from home. Great price and I also recommend Instant Ink. So far so good there. They just send the ink when you run out. You can't find ink in the stores, so this service is great!

We retired an old HP printer through Best Buy's recycling program and received a 15% discount on this new one that was also on sale at the time which made it super adorable. It is a nice printer for home or student use. We like the multiple ways you can connect to it and print. You can print straight from your mobile device too. Setup was really easy and didn't seem to take very long. I do have to say this printer is a lot larger than I expected after removing it from the box. It's footprint takes up good amount of desk/counter space at 18" wide x 22" deep. The paper tray is a great feature with the ability to load it with photo size paper and standard 8.5x11 paper at the same time. There is no need to switch the paper out depending on your printing needs. So far we don't have any major complaints about it and would recommend it to others.

The set up for WiFi was easy but had an issue, at first, as it would only print in black and white. This was easily solved by online cheap with an Epson representative. I am very pleased with the quality of the photos I have printed so far.

Bought it first because I'm tired of the way pictures come out on old printer plus it has a lot of good reviews. Arrived today n its beautiful first. Tried out a few 4x6 photos and they came out beautiful. Love this printer already. Totally worth buying.

This printer does a great job printing pictures, but I can't get it to print documents!! Be cautious also about auto delivery for ink. I have only printed a few pics and still says the ink is good but I already received ink refills which are not needed, I bought extra ink when I bought the printer. My daughter created a list of things for her 7month old child in Microsoft soft word and it would not print out. The printer icon was there but it wouldn't print. I messed with it for about an hour and couldn't get it to work, followed all the help suggestions..... NOTHING!!! I also tried to print from H&R Block software and from pdf....... NOTHING!!

Printer is easy to set up with a USB cable . The blue tooth is harder and not always responsive. Printer quality is good and pages are sharp. Color balance is excellent. Overall a good purchase and good value.

have always had HP products this printer works great very clean copies my only problem is that I cannot get the wifi to work for me had to hard wire it that is just me I am old buy this printer you will love it as I do

I had to get a new printer for my home office and I decided on this printer and was glad that the HP representative was in the store at the time and answered all my questions regarding this printer. I am extremely happy with the way it operates and the ease to set it up and the way it performs

I’m sure this Hp printer would be a 5 star for many. I needed a printer Urgently (The day I purchased it was the “drop dead” day for a business proposal.) IT WAS COVID-19 time, stores weren’t open but drive up pickup was available once ordered over phone. Purchased in May. I in such a hurry I didn’t take the time to check out the features. It was not what I was lead to believe or what I wanted. I have attempted to call Best Buy’s every couple of days. Even as of today there is no way to get through to a live person. I know they are very busy. Their recorded message Directed me to go online. Online it started my printer was past the return date. I WANT TO STEP UP and get a better printer to fit my needs. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO AT THIS TIME. I FEEL LIKE PUTTING IT IUT FOR TRASH PICKUP.

The printer is pretty easy to set up if you are a normal everyday person that has some form of tech knowledge. There is an app you need to download to make everything run way more smooth! Pretty decent price and works well!

It is nice. The wireless features are great. I can print from my iPhone. The one downside is it runs out of ink pretty quickly. The month free of the Ink subscription is nice. I automatically send ink when it detects that it is low.

If you need a printer then go with HP - ENVY Photo 7155 it set up easy just follow the instruction. And there is a program that helps you get ink. All you do is pay a monthly payment and choose the amount of paper you might be printing per month then they will send you the ink to you when you getting low.

Had to replace my old HP Printer. Love the fact that you can print wirelessly on this on. Trying out HP Printing program, excellent trial period of 5 months. So far the printing has been good. Took a bit to get the printer software to work on the desktop.

I have an HP Pavilion computer. While my Epson printed nicely, ink expense was a bear. Purchased HP Envy based on ink ad supplying ink for a monthly fee. The computer was easy to set up, has worked very well so far and I already received ,my ink allotment for the month.
