It's nice but it uses A LOT of ink. I've only has the printer about 3 weeks and I'm already low on black. I've print 3 or 4 photos and my child's papers for remote learning. The quality is great but I want to change the settings so that it doesn't use so much ink for documents. I'm not sure how to or if I can. The tray where you load the photo paper only expands to 5x7. I wish it would so a full sheet so I could print 8x10 pictures. I haven't tried loading photo paper in the regular paper tray and printing a photo. All in all its a nice printer and I really like it. I haven't owned it long enough to give it more stars.

We have printed numerous photos of our Grand Children’s vacation in Turks & Caicos ... absolutely excellent quality .... “Gramma” now wants to print ALL the photos of Grandchildren ... oh the pain ... lol

I Love being able to print pics off my phone whenever I want and they are great quality as well. Also being able to print off and scan documents for work or personal life at home is very handy.

I would recommend this product. So far it has worked good and gave me quality prints. I have had HP before this one and it lasted 10 plus years. I hope this one does as well! I also like the feature that you can print from your cell phone as well, I couldn’t on my old printer.

This is really a nice looking printer and so far appears to be of good quality. I notice some reviewers talk about how noisy it is. This is true but all you need to do is set it to QUIET MODE. Scanning is also nice and good quality.

I bought it to replace an older printer. This one looked virtually identical .It was easy to connect wirelessly to my desktop, but I'm still trying getting it to work with my I-Pad. It was easy to set up my old printer, but not this one.

I had a another brand which I was frustrated with and, my neighbor had this hp. And said it can fix errors, but at the same time it produces a better picture. My experience is very positive. I have had negatives.

I love this printer. Meets our occasional, simple printing needs. Super easy to install. Great print quality. Loved the auto-replenishment option for ink. Two-sided printing was a nice bonus.

This printer is amazing and easy to use. The set up wasn't too complicated and any problems were really on my side of things. This does a fantastic job. I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for one at a reasonable price.

Once the printer was installed properly it works fine but I needed Best Buy's tech's for help. It even took them an hour to do the installing. I haven't done much printing of photo's yet but I expect to have favorable results.

Pros; prints great. super fast. have not yet tried photos, nor scanning. Cons: loading paper is iffy, the tray is difficult to open, and is an extra inch longer than the paper size, and the paper shifts between print jobs. The printer unexpectedly disconnects from wifi, and displays an error message with no resolution. Pushing a bunch of buttons works eventually. And the paper spits out so quickly, it ends up on the floor if you forget to open the receiving tray. Plastic parts seem a little fragile but I bought the extended warranty so am not over worried.

The printing of text and photos were excellent. There are only two ink cartridges needed so you aren't burdened to replace a whole bunch of cartridges. The HP ink replacement program works great. It's very convenient and the cost is reasonable.

Does everything I need it to do! The pictures I’ve printed came out looking fabulous. I wish it had a paper feed so I could scan multiple pages at one time. Doing them one at a time is a hassle. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Printer 1 is up and running; working just fine. Having problems with printer and how to print(command) on photo paper. Very fast printing! Printer 2 is working, but computer is not communicating with printer. Need to address this issue.

Wanted a photo printer, purchased from Bestbuy during Thanks Giving. Very good product. Quality printing, photo printing especially is of superb quality. Still trying to find out how I can print the best quality edge to edge photos. Nevertheless, this is a great upgrade from Envy 4500.

System interfaced with macbookPro running Catlina with no issue whatsoever. System operated without any problem and ran the test program automatically. The backlit icon window is easy to read, set up instructions easy to follow and clear. Am very well satisfied.

I wish I'd gotten a new printer a long time ago. I recycled my old, wired printer with Best Buy to get an additional discount, and thought I'd just be getting a printer that was easier to buy ink for, but wow! It's so nice to have a printer that's connected to my phone as well as my computer, and I didn't know what I was missing. Now I can print photos from my phone from my couch in another room! One feature I really like is that this printer holds both photo and regular paper at the same time, so I don't have to worry about changing the paper before I print something. (Did I mention I upgraded from a wired printer? LOL) This printer is also really quiet compared to my previous printer. My one minor complaint is it did take a long time for the app to install and "find" the printer on both my computer and my phone, even though it is set up right next to my router and I was sitting next to it with my devices. Once that was done, though, it's been all good feels. Glad I made the purchase.

I was amazed with the easy set up and the phone support from HP! The support guru walked me through the process with clear and simple explanations. There are many printer options available & because of the technical support that I received from HP I will continue to buy this brand.

HP provides quality printers that are easy to set up and connect to the WiFi. I signed up with HP to take advantage of there new program that monitors my printing usage and mails replacement new cartridges before I run out.

Love this printer. It was easy to set up and works great. I love HP’s ink program too! I have been using HP ink program for at least 6 years now and have never run out of ink before next supply arrives. Highly recommend it.
