I didn’t give five stars because I had use it only for copies so far. But I’m confident that it is going to be great doing photos and scanning. I recommend it for sure. Also the buying experience with Best Buy was great.

This printer is for the person who prints for home use. It responds quickly , prints great quality, but is limited on what it can do. Be sure and read the instructions to get full benefit. Signed up for the ink but not sure about the program yet.

Bought this mid-March. Pandemic strikes, can't mentally muster setting anything up, and I finally go to do so for taxes July 1. I keep getting the "cartridge can't move" message. I have no clue why—I can trigger the cartridge to move—and spend time putting the cartridges in/removing. I check paper and restart—both just in case. And then I see there's a ribbon of sorts near the cartridge but not connected to anything I knowingly touched, and it's twisted. I try to untwist it and ... the ribbon thing EASILY rips (I was so gentle!). So great. I just damaged it by trying to fix what was off. And now I'm going to begin the support journey. ... No.

I bought this HP printer because my other one croaked when I was about to print something. So I drove over to Best Buy and picked up this beauty that happens to be a perfect match with my newly purchased HP Specter Laptop.

For the price this is a great buy for printing pictures, printing documents and so much more. I'm glad the sales associate at Best Buy recommend this to me. I'm blown away buy this printer. I will differently gives this a thumbs up! I recommend this for family and friends.

My other HP copier died after having it for almost 10 years. HP has quality products and this one lives up to the name of ENVY, although I would say envious. It paired quickly and easily with my Broadband Internet and it produces awesome pictures and plane paper copies as well.

This was a great deal, and it's wi-fi enabled so you can even print from your android or I-phone. The only thing I"m having a problem with I have to go to the hp123.com website to register it every time I use it.

I print A LOT. This printer didn’t work great at first so they exchanged it for a new one (which was pretty hassle free). After that, I have had zero issues and it works exactly as it should. Great deal when I bought it on sale.

The HP 7155 is an outstanding little printer. It is very easy to install and the document print quality is excellent. It also has 2-sided print capability. The print quality of photos is just ok. The pictures are just passible. It you're looking for an economical printer, this is it.

we had a printer that lasted many years, but it eventually stopped working. we looked at this model and liked it. we had wanted something like what we had before so as to make it easier to learn to use. this was the one we choose .

Using for over a year now. Very satisfied with performance. HP support software is somewhat improved over earlier versions. Not perfect yet. Touchscreen operation is sometimes clunky; so I try to use software.

This printer is very well made.The additional features are updated and user friendly faxing information is different however the method given allows you to get the job done.The photo prints are the best. Thank you

I thought that I was just replacing my old hp printer with basic new printer. Boy was I wrong. I'm surprised by how easy it is to scan and print from my phone. Terrific upgrades that are actually useful.

Purchased this printer primarily for photo printing as current printer has been losing quality in colors. Was easy to setup up for wifi use to several laptops and prints nice clean good quality photos. HP Envy app also works nice for printing direct from iphone or ipad.

Out of the box and usable in 20 min. Hp app makes this easy to configure and use. If you work on your phone, you can print copy scan directly from your phone. Printer cartridges are on the small side ... good if you have low demand. Does NOT have USB slot.

My wife and I bought this printer to replace our old one and this is far better than what we’ve had. It’s a lot more responsive to mobile printing and the quality of prints is excellent!

I just love this printer. I've purchased so many printers in the past and the ink was costing me over $300 a year in ink . Thus far it has only cost me $12.00 over the past year. You won't regret buying this printer and nice photos too

This is a great printer that produces high quality photos. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is that the max size for photo printing is 8x10. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with this printer, especially at the price point!

I have had trouble with the wireless feature. I have to connect a USB cable to print

Quality of printing is good. I do not like that you have to scroll to put in number of copies and seems to take longer than my older printer to actually print the pages. Just have to have more patience
