Me and my wife were looking for a mid sized printer to replace our canon. We went to the store and the customer service was phenomenal, and helped us make the selection. When we brought it home, setup was a breeze and it prints good quality documents fast.

Purchased to replace a worn out printer. I’m pleased with the printer/scanner thus far, especially for the price I was able to find at Best Buy. I didn’t need lots of bells and whistles, and this printer addressed my needs.

I've had HP printers for years now. I found this difficult for me to set up had to put HP Smart on my phone, then the computer, It was very confusing for those of us who are not smart with electronics. I was very disappointed when I tried to scan a photo from both the printer and the computer and my smart phone with the smart HP which was not so smart. It does print documents well and I do like the Instant Ink feature which my old printer had

I had an hp Officejet 6700 and loved it. My needs have changed over the years so when replacing, I made it clear that I do not print as much BUT I still wanted a printer that would print great pictures. I needed hp customer service to help get the setup going (I am not very computer savvy) but expected this since many complaints were about setup. Envy 7100 prints fine but I am not impressed with the picture quality at all. I will give the printer more time to see if I can get better quality or not. Sales staff swore this printer does great picture quality!?? Computer is a bit noisy when gearing up to print. Might consider spending more next time for a better picture quality

With all the adjustments that we are making with working from home and our daughter taking classes online, the wireless printing and scanning function has helped out so much!!!

This is my 3rd HP printer. I love the simplicity of the setup-completed within a couple steps. And the LCD display/command center is easy to use and understand and is worth any extra cost over units with just buttons. I won't get another printer without it. It has an enclosed paper feed tray which keeps them free of dust and protected until used. It is compact enough to keep on a side table or filing cabinet, but we found it was too big to keep on the same desk as your computer or laptop - especially with a two monitor system. Toner is reasonable to replace, lasts a long time (basic school and some personal document use) and can be purchased almost anywhere. I highly recommend this product.

Be sure to register product, set up auto replenishment it is a great value. Also Best Buy offers an extended warranty for less than 20 dollars if you print a substantial amount of color prints for photos or Brochures this is an amazing value.

Not sure why I waited so long to upgrade my old HP Envy printer, this is a workhorse compared to it. Prints pages so much quicker, photos are a snap to print, very happy with the quality of the printer for the price!

Great use for Photo Album Scrapbook Making with my kids. We had no issue setting up the printer connecting it to the Wi-Fi and printing on the HP app. INK and Paper are your typical HP product good prices.

Excellent wireless printer for what i need it for. Works fine and It is great to have free ink with the monthly low charge for printing. It is great for someone just needing a printer for home personal stuff.

Looking for a printer that didnt require mutliple ink cartridges- only twoI I like that you can print Blank only!! Replaced a Canon that had numerous cartridges for black only. It prints great! Love the blue tooth capability. Have yet to try out the picture printing.

Purchased this printer for work purposes. When you first buy the printer buy an extra cartridge of ink. Probably because it’s free, it ran out of ink after 30 prints or so. It great and easy to use. Can scan from the HP app from my phone.

I love my new printer. Papers look crisp and clean, changing cartridges is easy and paper loading is a snap. I'm doing a lot of genealogy research on my family, so printing information is critical.

Have had this printer for a couple of weeks and everything has worked well so far. Haven’t tried any photos yet, but all other print jobs have been good. The HP Ink service is an even better value especially with 5 free months.

I love the fact that I can make photo prints and love the style of the printer.

Love this printer! After another, more expensive HP printer stopped printing on even the thinnest of cardstock, this printer solved all of my issues. I purchased it as a business printer and it works great to print out beautiful stickers and mailing inserts!

It’s very hard to get a printer that works well. This one does. I haven’t had any problems with it. It’s easy to hook up to your network. Can print off of all devices on your network. Has two ink cartridges black/color.

Bought this printer because I needed one right away. I did not realize that it was a Photo printer but I am so happy now because of the ease of use. I set it up in 10 minutes and printed things soon after. Very happy with HP

I love my new printer. So easy to setup. The printing quality is amazing. It double side prints on its own and that’s awesome because I would always mess it up when having to do myself. I would recommend this printer to everyone.
