I am not the most tech-savvy person, But following the setup prompts on my new HP printer/scanner/copier was so easy that I was able to set it up and begin printing without anyone else assistance.

Works well, but tech help from HP was not what I thought it should be.

Good quality printer for the price. Balky HP cartridges are a concern. Another concern is HP accessing data from my network -- I leave it shutdown except when I need to copy, print, or scan.

HP has always been my "GOTO" for anything print related. The products are competitively priced and last a long time. The Instant Ink program is a must have for anyone that owns a printer.

I wasn't really in the market for a printer but this one was on sale for nearly half off and came with an instant ink program and $5 gift card towards the ink. Basically got 6 months of ink free. Great deal. Plus easy to set up and lots of features.

Prints are clean. The printer works well with all my devices. It is not the fastest machine but does exactly what I'd expect for what I purchased. The machine is as good today as it was when I purchased it 2 years ago.

Love this printer. I can print from my phone. This printer replaced my Kodak printer. I don’t use the printer a lot and my Kodak prints very well but the ink seems to evaporate between uses. That doesn’t seem to happen with this printer.

Over all I enjoy it, I’m able to print my family pics. I am not a big fan of the ink delivery from HP because if for some reason you replace your card associated with payment your printer stops working.

My old printer had died and I was in the market for a new one when I identified the HP Envy 7640 as a multifunctional printer with excellent features at a very competitive price. I am very pleased with this purchase and strongly recommend it to you!

HP makes a great product but their longevity leaves a lot to be desired. Quality of print is awesome as you would expect from HP. Price to operate has come down in the past few years. Got this on sale so I'm happy.

I would've given this printer 5 stars, if it were faster at scanning images and the ink wasn't so expensive. Overall, I love this printer!. The print quality is amazing!

So far it has worked well. Set up was fairly easy. It took a little bit to get another computer to find and print. But, once it downloaded the app and logged on it connected.

I had quite a bit of trouble getting this set up. That is the only bad thing about this printer. It prints beautiful, makes copies beautiful, and pictures are great. If you can get passed the set up you have it made.

Bought this as a present for my wife. From setting up to printing and everything in between the printer is very easy to use. Wife definitely would buy again.

One great all-in-one printer/copier/scanner. I have had this printer for over a year and a half and it still works great. It is used often.

I've only been using this printer for a month, but I'm very happy with my purchase. Prints quality photos and handles cardstock for buisness cards...And it looks purtty nice, sleek design and a brushed finish.

It's a good printer that we can't say is not fulfilling its purpose, but the setting up experience has been slightly frustrating with all the apps and unclear instructions. It shouldn't be too complicated to deliver a seamless experience for a connected device. It's valid for any HP printers i suppose. Furthermore, the screen is not super responsive. It works well, but i caught myself hitting the screen many times not sure if it got taken into account.

Bought this for prints at a photography event. Ink does run out fast if your printing high quality. All in all it was able to print all the photos we needed that night which was like a total of 200 5 x 7s

Printer works just fine. Can print from our computers and our phones which is what we needed it for. Could be a little faster, but we don't print very often. Fits our needs great.
