Had a real problem locating spare ink cartridges, particularly the color cartridges. Print quality is good and set up and connection to PC was easy.

The salesman was very helpful in picking out the printer for what I needed. Unfortunately they don't make printers with the ink I had from my old printer. but setting up the new one was very easy.

Purchased this printer to print documents and occasionally photos for our home based business. Prints fairly fast (front and back) and the quality is awesome! Would definitely recommend.

This printer was on sale. Will do pictures also. We just needed a basic printer. Be sure to down load the printer application. You can print from your iPad or iPhone.

I have never been disappointed with HP printers!!!! The quality of the pictures I’ve printed out as well as documents are great!! I recommend !!!

EZ to use right out of the box/ Crisp printing even with odd fonts Sharp demarcation on three dimensional graphs. Bought 2nd one for my wife.

This has been the worst printer that I've ever had by far. I get an error message on my laptop that the printer can't scan to PC about every 5 minutes every time I'm on my laptop and I have never tried to scan to PC so I'm not sure why it feels the need to remind me every 5 minutes that it doesn't work. It takes at least 4 tries to print anything as it goes from error to error. The HP website sent me to "dead" links. The software from the HP site that was supposed to fix it didn't. I tried the "chat" option online, it was terrible. If it was an actual human being (which I have serious doubts about), they were untrained for troubleshooting. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer on the laptop every couple of months when the number of errors exceeds 10. The ink doesn't last at all. I'm on my 1st ream of 500 sheets of paper, which is about 1/4 used (so about 75 sheets printed & about 50 in the tray). I'm on my 5th set of ink. I have not even opened the little packet of photo paper, I print mainly black & white documents with the occasional graphic. When I replace it, I will be purchasing from another manufacturer (at Best Buy of course!). Very disappointing purchase for sure.

I was thinking about to buy a printer but when I see HP instant ink program i fall in love perfect printer documents and photos wow i really recomend this product.

This was a gift for my 71 year old, non-tech savvy father. He loves it, has no problems operating it, and is very have with the print quality. Sounds like it’s a hit to me.

Love this printer. So easy to use for us “boomers”. The young man who helped me pick this out was knowledgeable and patient with me. He should get a raise!

Works beautifully!!! The quality of the print job is well , even on regular paper. I haven’t tested on photo paper yet but I’m sure it will be even better.

I love that you don’t have to be near the printer to print , have a TBI and often forget to go back and print now I can by printing the screen as I see

It took me a bit to get the printer linked up with my computer but I'm not the best at technology. It wasn't too hard and it prints great!

The printer has excellent resolution, the impressions are very neat and pretty. I scan document from my home and make the copies an no time. Very usefully printer.
