Never had much luck with printer/scanners in the past but so far this one is the best I've purchased. Reasonably priced, easy physical set up then downloaded app to phones and uploaded computer info to printer. has been invaluable tool since purchase.

I researched about 5 different printers and I'm so glad i chose this one. I'm very satisfied with HP products. Pictures print amazing. I definitely recommend this product. The HP ink replacement is an extra bonus!!!

This printer is great! Low profile & doesn’t take up a lot of room in the office. Only thing I don’t love is that the top feeder seems to pull from the right first, so copies come out slightly off of center.

I bought this printer for parents, and they have loved it so far. It was easy to install, use and has handled their workload well. There may be cheaper options out there, but if you regularly use your printer this is worth the money.

The set up was a little tricky but it went smoothly, So far all of the features have worked as advertised. The printer is very quiet which is a major improvement over my old HP model. Happy with the purchase so far.

When the print heads on my old printer got clogged and I couldn't fix it, I decided to get another HP all-in-one printer, and I couldn't be happier. It is much faster than the previous one, and the quality is better.

I have not used the fax feature yet. The printer does fine w/ printing photos and standard pages. The scan feature is good for photos and documents. The copier is handy to have as well.

So far, I am enjoying the quality of my new printer. It prints quality copies in both color and black and white. Plus, since I ordered the instant ink program, with 300 copies allowed monthly, I don't feel stifled in what I want to print.

Overall great and essentially the same as the 7640 series it replaces (old one refused to work with our newest wifi, but otherwise worked fine). The screen is a little smaller than the old one, of all things, and the graphics harder to use in touch. It seems they bet heavily in on app use, but thankfully the screen was still there because the app failed to set up the printer as prompted (The screen is why we're close HP again instead of the Canon Megatank series). Functions are same as old Envy 7640 otherwise and as advertised. Unremarkable upgrade really, only did it because the wifi print functions on old wouldn't work for us.

I love it... and younger folks won't have any issues and when they do, new drivers and firmware updates, etc are the solution. But if my parents or grandparents used this, I'd be getting some phone calls. Not long after hooking it to my new computer, I had to log into my actual HP account and get new updates for both my brand new Envy and this printer. I'm still figuring out Bluetooth Smart, because I'd love to have that capability... I make it work though having HP Smart installed on my phone. All that said, quality is amazing. And Instant Ink is a no brainer... so simple and cost effective! Quickly and seamlessly scans in my pages, either on the scanner bed or through the feeder tray. The output is great. Very happy!

Plugged it in and it connected to my WiFi network automatically. Then with no effort on my part I added the hp app to my iPads and iPhones and can print from any device wirelessly. My 2 Mac computers also connected automatically.

Best printer I have ever had!! It not only easily prints through my phone and laptop, but it copies, faxes, and scans! The pictures it prints always come out beautiful.

Auto feed only works for printing and copying, but not for copy to email. Printer worked great, easy setup and wireless, We accessed it from 3 different computers with no problems.

this printer has great picture quality you expect from HP. printing speed is good and my only complaint is it seems to take almost 1 min for it to communicate with my computer or phone before it begins to print.

Great printer for basically what we needed it for. It replaced a similar one that was also purchased at Best Buy several years ago. I would say we use it for “casual” printing. Good price for what we needed!

Purchased to replace an Epson model that I hadn't had for very long but was not printing well. Cost of New one of better quality and print speed was comparable to repair process. Has been meeting all my expectations.

Perfect product to get the job done right at home. Copy, scanning and even produced quality photos for my kids posters for his locker this year in school

We have had this printer a very short time, but thus far it stands head and shoulders above our last printer. Set up was easy and all copies made to date have been crisp and sharp.

I use this printer for printing family pictures, Work documents, School work, I use it to fax to email to scan to copy. It has so many uses and it definitely fits my busy schedule

Printer works well in all aspects while spending this time at home. My daughter has had the same printer for years with no complaints. Have always stuck with HP products throughout the years.
