Customer Ratings & Reviews

Loved this item so much bought 2 and gave on to my Dad. Now he loves it. Easy to use and does everything we need. Great idea Geeks! Thanks!

Pretty solid. Did not come with the test cartridges, which are apparently required for setup. I purchased new ink cartridges. Still wasn't able to complete the setup, as i was prompted to install the setup cartridges that came with the printer. Kinda hard to do when they're not in the box. After about 7 hours of troubleshooting with HP Support (which is total garbage) I got it working. That said, the printer does what it's supposed to. Deducting one star for the hassle, which i believe is generous.

It has worked out better than I had hoped. I highly recommend this printer. The available instant ink subscription that comes with it is just perfect as well.

I have been through a few printers that never truly delivered! This printer print clear and professional everytime! Not to mention the hp ink refill is great!

Really good, compact small, light-duty printer. I love HP's Ink program as that has really saved a lot of costs with printing and the hassle of buying ink.

We bought this printer for our home office. We always buy HP products because they never let us down. This printer is fast and does a great job with pictures also.

Good quality printing but ink cartridges are too darn small. Very frustrating

Everything I wanted and more. Easy to use and set up. If you are looking for one trust me I’m a normal poor person that needed one and this fit perfect in my budget, buy it!

I really wanted this printer because my Son loved his. It printed great for the first 6 months but then the color ink just stopped printing. HP has been working with me to try to get it working but no luck yet. I also can't seem to get it to print pictures but that could just be me doing something wrong. It is a great printer when it works.

Very easy to setup. Got right on wifi and Windows was able to print without jumping through hoops for drivers. Prints high quality very quickly.

Set up was easy. I followed the enclosed instructions. I was a little suspicious as there was no CD to install or cord to connect with my computer. So far everything has gone terrific.

It makes a pretty good printer, quality 4x6 photos. There are faded lines when printing 8x10’s but you can’t tell unless you’ve got it right in front of you

I bought this printer for printing photos and just some normal documents. It works great. The picture prints are amazing.

We are a household of 4 with two kids in college. They needed a printer at home to print report, assignments and papers. I needed it to print small jobs. Seems to be working great.

HO makes the best printers. Wireless works great between floors. Very happy!

My wife can’t stop printing ever since she got it plus she’s filling the house with pictures. Now we don’t have to go to Walgreens anymore thanks guys

It’s a great product for simple use (home). I wouldn’t overextend expectations on this product in an office/high production environment. All told, HP lives up to it.

I was skeptical because I read so many mixed reviews on how they had issues with setting it up. It Literally took me two minutes tops! Best covid purchase ever.

just went and got this one so far i love it ,it is small enough for my space it works very well glad i went and purchase this printer worth every penny.

It is a great machine and prints really fast from the computer. Wen a person goes to makes a copy during the day, it that's a long time to be able to print.
