Although we are happy with our purchase, I was disappointed with the technical help given concerning the differences between the products. Had always purchased our printers at Office Supply which is no longer possible. But I’ve noticed on this purchase as well as a previous purchase that the guest better have done his research because the sales staff is perfectly willing to write up the sales ticket for whatever you ask.

Easy to use and easy to setup. Cartridges are a reasonably priced, and I like that there is just one cartridge for the colored ink.

I was skeptical because I read so many mixed reviews on how they had issues with setting it up. It Literally took me two minutes tops! Best covid purchase ever.

Set up was easy. I followed the enclosed instructions. I was a little suspicious as there was no CD to install or cord to connect with my computer. So far everything has gone terrific.

We are a household of 4 with two kids in college. They needed a printer at home to print report, assignments and papers. I needed it to print small jobs. Seems to be working great.

It is a great machine and prints really fast from the computer. Wen a person goes to makes a copy during the day, it that's a long time to be able to print.

It’s a great product for simple use (home). I wouldn’t overextend expectations on this product in an office/high production environment. All told, HP lives up to it.

Printer is great it has the ink deal and you can print from other wireless devices as well as desktop. I do wish it came with an instruction book everything is on line. Great printer!

I really like this printer. First because you can print from your phone and the pictures come out great. You can down load the pictures from your phone and then print.

This HP printer is great for all of my at home office work. It was very easy to set up when taken out of the box. I am very happy with the printer performance. I will highly recommend.

We bought this to replace our piece of garbage Epsom printer. The Envy is so much more user friendly. It starts up right away and prints beautifully.

This is a good printer for home use. It’s low profile and easy to operate. Loading ink cartridges from the top is great.

I am new to the wireless printer world and even following the directions it was difficult to pair the printer with my computer. I finally had to get my 15 year old grandson who is more computer smart than I am, to do the setup. Finally it worked. Later, I had to separately set up photo printing which in itself isn't very easy, I finally had to get hp customer support to remotely setup the photo program so I could print photos from my computer to the printer. This setup process needs to be better defined for the novice computer user you assume to much. Thanks, Roy Cox

The printer was easy to setup. My only complaint is that I have to scan from my desktop and cannot from the actual printer screen. No biggie though. Once I figured that out it was fine.

Works great for all the functions that it has to offer. Has worked well with our being home for school and it has been through a lot.

Amazing Photo quality pictures. Plus has the capabilities to link to WiFi and automatically order new ink when your levels are low. Right to your door steps just days before you run out.

I love my printer had a little problems in the beginning but once HP helped I’ve had no problem whatsoever I love the quiet mode and I love the scanning feature in the wireless capability

So far so good. No problems with the printer. It sounds good and the printing is fabulous. Hopefully it will continue to be that way.

The Envy Copier gives great copies and the scan to email function works fast and flawlessly. It is also great for iron on transfer printing and photos. I would recommend this to friends.
