The printer was easy to setup. My only complaint is that I have to scan from my desktop and cannot from the actual printer screen. No biggie though. Once I figured that out it was fine.

This is a great printer. I like the option to use the top feed for multiple pages. It's an ink hog, but the quality is great.

Bought this during Black Friday never realizing how beneficial it would be during the pandemic. Allowed us to do everything needed since Staples shutdown!!

Amazing Photo quality pictures. Plus has the capabilities to link to WiFi and automatically order new ink when your levels are low. Right to your door steps just days before you run out.

This was my first printer that I have purchased really simple to use many different features. The HP is really easy to connect to your phone or your iPad or your computer.

I love my printer had a little problems in the beginning but once HP helped I’ve had no problem whatsoever I love the quiet mode and I love the scanning feature in the wireless capability

The printer is gray at printing everyday prints and does a fault good job with pictures. The inks on the other hand are a bit on the expensive side.

The Envy Copier gives great copies and the scan to email function works fast and flawlessly. It is also great for iron on transfer printing and photos. I would recommend this to friends.

It has been a long time since I have updated my printer and I couldn't be happier. Love the ease to set up and love that it double side prints on its on, never had that before.

Great printer for the cost. The ink program is amazing. My ink costs have decreased significantly with the mail program and I never run out of ink!

So far I am happy with the print quality from this printer. I have not tried printing photos yet. No complaints with this product at this time.

Love the quiet and quality of the print. The double sided printing is a plus. Color photos come out a tad darker than shown on monitor

Purchased as a replacement for an HP OfficeJet 6962 which was working fine until compatibility problems WITH HP INK! I always used HP ink. But, they had an ink manufacturing problem causing some ink cartridges to not work. Opened a case and they said they would replace the $40.00 cartridges. When they never showed up, I had to buy a new printer. The ENVY 7855 was the only printer in stock during COVID-19 or would have purchased another brand. As I was installing this printer I opted out of the automatic ink and it caused issues with the install. Also, they had a big sticker on the feeder table promoting their auto ink program and when I took that off it left a sticky mess on the feeder tray. I used several different products to remove the glue. Finally had to go to Goof-Off and it smeared the plastic. Typical HP.........their quest to have everyone use HP Ink (which I faithfully use anyway) causes issues time and time again. Bottom line: This is my third HP printer in 10 years. All worked fine but, had ink compatibility problems WITH QUALITY HP INK CARTRIDGES after year 2-3. HP, please stop pushing your ink! I use it already. Just make it easy for me to replace the cartridges and not have to do updates (drivers or software) every time I replace ink cartridges in the 3rd to 4th year of ownership! It is for this reason, only three stars. Otherwise, the printer has worked fine BUT.........I have not had to replace ink cartridges yet! We will see!
