Like printer but automatic ink refill program is HORRIBLE! Can’t get any help after to talking to 5 different people with poor English and then got disconnected!!!!! Will just purchase cartridges at another store!!!!!

Really nice printer, especially for the price. I have been loving its performance, its reliability and its ease of use.

You can't go wrong with this printer. Meets all my printing needs and it didn't break the bank. I'm so glad the salesman at Best Buy recommended this printer.

Purchased this printer for my daughter and was extremely easy to setup, connect to wifi, and begin printing. It exceeds expectations of this post-graduate Student.

Prints documents well. Not good for photos. It could just be me. I haven’t read all of the directions yet. Nice printer, though. Makes copies as well

Purchased as a replacement for an HP OfficeJet 6962 which was working fine until compatibility problems WITH HP INK! I always used HP ink. But, they had an ink manufacturing problem causing some ink cartridges to not work. Opened a case and they said they would replace the $40.00 cartridges. When they never showed up, I had to buy a new printer. The ENVY 7855 was the only printer in stock during COVID-19 or would have purchased another brand. As I was installing this printer I opted out of the automatic ink and it caused issues with the install. Also, they had a big sticker on the feeder table promoting their auto ink program and when I took that off it left a sticky mess on the feeder tray. I used several different products to remove the glue. Finally had to go to Goof-Off and it smeared the plastic. Typical HP.........their quest to have everyone use HP Ink (which I faithfully use anyway) causes issues time and time again. Bottom line: This is my third HP printer in 10 years. All worked fine but, had ink compatibility problems WITH QUALITY HP INK CARTRIDGES after year 2-3. HP, please stop pushing your ink! I use it already. Just make it easy for me to replace the cartridges and not have to do updates (drivers or software) every time I replace ink cartridges in the 3rd to 4th year of ownership! It is for this reason, only three stars. Otherwise, the printer has worked fine BUT.........I have not had to replace ink cartridges yet! We will see!

I LOVE how easy it is to print, copy, and scan with this HP - ENVY Photo 7855 Printer. It really is an All-In-One printer. PLUS the photos I print are awesome! Highly recommend!

I bought a Samsung Laptop and a Hewlett-Packard Printer. I have been very pleased with the performance of both products thus far. I have had them for only a few weeks, but thoroughly enjoy and appreciate the performance of both. This is my third Hewlett Packard Printer in the past thirty plus years, and have never been disappointed with any of their products. I have purchased three Samsung big screen televisions for my home and all kitchen appliances are Samsung as well, and I have been well-pleased with all of them. Great Products!...Highly Recommend! That is why I chose the Samsung Laptop. All of the other Samsung products have proven to be excellent!

This is my second HP printer of the same model - love the way it stays updated and sync's easy! We also have an HP desktop and laptop for my daughter.

Nice printer for when I work at home. A high volume printer wasn't required. The printer puts out nice crisp prints and copies. The scan function also produces good work quality .pdf's

It’s great the machine receives and prints messages sent from my iPad and iPhone. But there are no instructions how to scan, or how many copies to make.

Works well for online printing shipping labels, college assignments. Hopefully it will last longer than my other previous printers.

This printer was easy to set up and use. Downloading the drivers and other software did take some time, however, the instructions were easy to follow.

This printer and scanner are great! Was super easy to use and the best part is you can purchase a subscription with paper and ink it’s only $5 a month!!

Love this machine, it was quick works great and the pictures are fantastic. The ink program is good, I never have to think to order.

Since I was able to set it up and even get the fax working, I must say, I love this printer. Easy to set up, easy to use (even my phone can print). I highly recommend this one.

Bought for printing photos and business cards. Works great for both especially when you use the proper paper. Signrd up for the ink directly from HP which makes thing really easy.

I've had this printer for the past 2 months and has done all jobs perfectly. Easy to install and work with. I purchased it while on sale, definitely worth the money.

this printer creates sharp images. the ability to connect to phones, laptops and desk top units I have is especially appreciated. Two sided printing is a great feature also.

Wife liked how easy it is to print pictures from her phone. HP software still sucks. Can’t scan multiple pics at once like on previous scanner but still good overall.
