It is so nice to be able to print from my iPhone and laptop. The print looks nice. Hp support was very helpful when I first opened the package.

Like printer but automatic ink refill program is HORRIBLE! Can’t get any help after to talking to 5 different people with poor English and then got disconnected!!!!! Will just purchase cartridges at another store!!!!!

I bought a Samsung Laptop and a Hewlett-Packard Printer. I have been very pleased with the performance of both products thus far. I have had them for only a few weeks, but thoroughly enjoy and appreciate the performance of both. This is my third Hewlett Packard Printer in the past thirty plus years, and have never been disappointed with any of their products. I have purchased three Samsung big screen televisions for my home and all kitchen appliances are Samsung as well, and I have been well-pleased with all of them. Great Products!...Highly Recommend! That is why I chose the Samsung Laptop. All of the other Samsung products have proven to be excellent!

Easy setup and very HP reliable as usual. Bought this for a Seasoned Citizen with low IT. She's loving it. A few months & not one problem so far.

This printer was a replacement for a very old HP printer that was no longer working. I like this one very much. It was easy to set up and works well.

this printer creates sharp images. the ability to connect to phones, laptops and desk top units I have is especially appreciated. Two sided printing is a great feature also.

Nice printer for when I work at home. A high volume printer wasn't required. The printer puts out nice crisp prints and copies. The scan function also produces good work quality .pdf's

Since I was able to set it up and even get the fax working, I must say, I love this printer. Easy to set up, easy to use (even my phone can print). I highly recommend this one.

As a novice it is generally easy to use. I did have some difficulty activating the scanner but in time was able to get it done. As I said I am a novice

That's all we've used it for so far. Only had it for about 3 weeks. We Have a laser printer for everything else. One negative thing. It is not setup to use 8 x 10 photo paper. The only choice listed in the menu for an 8 x 10 photo is " 8 x 10 on 8.5 x 11 paper". It may work fine with 8 x 10 paper, but I'm not going to try it unless I get verification and instructions from HP. This issue needs to be addressed in the manual.

Bought for printing photos and business cards. Works great for both especially when you use the proper paper. Signrd up for the ink directly from HP which makes thing really easy.

This is the best printer I have had. I like the fact that I can also fax with it. Pictures come out great. I just replaced my old one with the same model.

Excellent replacement for my previous model. Love the functionality. Nice to be able to email my Printer from anywhere! I get home to printed materials that look superb!

I use this printer almost everyday. Print quality is great and does a nice job on photos. Automatic ink service works well. Print speed is good and scanner was easy to setup.

Wife liked how easy it is to print pictures from her phone. HP software still sucks. Can’t scan multiple pics at once like on previous scanner but still good overall.

I had used HP printers before but tried a different manufacturer a while ago and found less reliable and in consistent printing quality, so I returned to HP product!
