Takes a little to get the wifi to work but once it does it is great. Beautiful colors and fast printing. HP always provides great quality printers!

I primarily bought this to use for our home business but have found myself printing a ton of pictures with it because I was impressed with how vivid they were.

After checking the specifications on site, I determined that this would do the job. It was well packaged. Easy to install. Nicely designed.

I wanted a printer that would easily feed card stock. I have done several projects since my purchase. It feeds the paper easily and the printing is good quality.

This is the 2nd HP Printer I've had. The first printer had a different problem and after it was replaced by the manufacturer. The replacement went out 3 months after warranty. 10 days ago, I purchased HP ENVY PHOTO 7855 because the reviews were good on it. Now continuous problems with getting it to print wireless. Have to uninstall and reinstall about ever 3 days to get the computer and printer to recognize each other. Ironically, I can fax from my desktop using the fax with the printer. I have a Windows 7 64-bit. What is more frustrating is I tried to call HP Direct, was in call Que for literally 30 minutes, then music stopped, nothing there, I kept saying hello. Nothing and hung up at 34 mins. The web site live chat is not working. The product update download did not help. Very frustrating . I would not recommend this Printer and will not purchase another HP Printer again!!!! I run a business from home.

When my older HP photo smart printer finally went to printer I replaced it with this one. Easy set up. Good color quality.

I like the printer that I bought because it seems easy to use so far. I haven’t had it very long so I haven’t had enough time to utilize it to its fullest.

Took some time to integrate with my computer but after trial and error it works. Happy with the product.

Had one before for 8 urs. loved it. Had a problem with a new one Best Buy refunded me snd i purchase a new one cause we love it.

Wow what a difference from my years old printer to this new one. I had no idea what printer to get , this one was recommended by the staff of Best Buy and it’s perfect!

This is the best printer I've had in a long time. The quality of the printing is phenomenal as well as the color. I highly recommend this product.

The printer is amazing and does a great job. However I found out that it does not qualify to enroll in the instant ink refills through HP.
