This copier works really well and easily connects to all of my devices. It was easy to set up, is fast, and produces quality copies and scans.

I primarily bought this to use for our home business but have found myself printing a ton of pictures with it because I was impressed with how vivid they were.

I replaced my old printer with the same brand and style I had. It made it easier for me at age 67 to set it up. This printer is very easy for a older person to set up themselves. However, the next printer I buy will not be this one. It seems like there is always some problem that it is not printing, I straighten it out and instead of one copy coming out I get 10.

Interfaces smoothly with the computer. Format for page to be printed is easy to use. Loading paper is user friendly.

I used this to print family pictures to make a collage on the wall behind the couch. Printer worked wonderful and printed quality photos.

Downsized my office so I purchased the HP-Envy at a great price. Set up was easy. Printing photos was challenging.

Easy to use, but a little trouble setting it up. IT was no help. The only downside I can find is that it uses a lot of ink.

This is the 2nd HP Printer I've had. The first printer had a different problem and after it was replaced by the manufacturer. The replacement went out 3 months after warranty. 10 days ago, I purchased HP ENVY PHOTO 7855 because the reviews were good on it. Now continuous problems with getting it to print wireless. Have to uninstall and reinstall about ever 3 days to get the computer and printer to recognize each other. Ironically, I can fax from my desktop using the fax with the printer. I have a Windows 7 64-bit. What is more frustrating is I tried to call HP Direct, was in call Que for literally 30 minutes, then music stopped, nothing there, I kept saying hello. Nothing and hung up at 34 mins. The web site live chat is not working. The product update download did not help. Very frustrating . I would not recommend this Printer and will not purchase another HP Printer again!!!! I run a business from home.
