Easy to setup and use, I selected this model because it has a true fax machine within it, most models do not

I bought this printer mostly for printing photos. It does an excellent job and I love that I can print directly to this printer from anywhere I have wi-fi.

I chose this printer because it works with all paper weights . lets me print beautiful photos.

Works like it is supposed to do. No problems. Needed help to get started, but no other issues

The photo printer takes a little understanding. I do not like the fact that an SD card is inserted you cannot view them on your computer and can only print ALL of them (that might be one of the learning curves, lol) . It does print nice pictures, but uses a lot of ink (which if you did not know is a HP trait). I do like it - not too big or too small. I am sure I will enjoy it once I know all it's little secrets.

I replaced my old printer with the same brand and style I had. It made it easier for me at age 67 to set it up. This printer is very easy for a older person to set up themselves. However, the next printer I buy will not be this one. It seems like there is always some problem that it is not printing, I straighten it out and instead of one copy coming out I get 10.

Best printer. I love that I can be in the room across the house and have it print a document from my phone.

I've tried every feature already and am not disappointed! All of our devices can print to it easily and picture quality is beautiful!

This printer is easy to set up to wifi and prints fast. Easy to use and the ink cartridges last quite a while. The costs of ink replacements is reasonable.

Interfaces smoothly with the computer. Format for page to be printed is easy to use. Loading paper is user friendly.

We needed a new printer because the current one we have is a wired printer. My wife bought the HP wireless and we love it.

I have absolutely no complaint with the quality of the printer nor the speed with which Best Buy delivered it to me. The only complaint that I have is about instructions in setting it up and syncing the Wi Fi with my iMac. As is the custom these days, there were no written instructions included with the printer. Going on line to get instructions was problematic for a number of reasons, including the fact that one must be somewhat savvy of the terminology to understand what steps are necessary to make the printer fully functional.

Great quality and speed. Would’ve been 5 stars but 1st printer malfunctioned and has to return for new one. So far so good with this one
