This is the 2nd HP Printer I've had. The first printer had a different problem and after it was replaced by the manufacturer. The replacement went out 3 months after warranty. 10 days ago, I purchased HP ENVY PHOTO 7855 because the reviews were good on it. Now continuous problems with getting it to print wireless. Have to uninstall and reinstall about ever 3 days to get the computer and printer to recognize each other. Ironically, I can fax from my desktop using the fax with the printer. I have a Windows 7 64-bit. What is more frustrating is I tried to call HP Direct, was in call Que for literally 30 minutes, then music stopped, nothing there, I kept saying hello. Nothing and hung up at 34 mins. The web site live chat is not working. The product update download did not help. Very frustrating . I would not recommend this Printer and will not purchase another HP Printer again!!!! I run a business from home.

Like that I can print images off my Samsung smart cell phone using wifi.

We needed a new printer because the current one we have is a wired printer. My wife bought the HP wireless and we love it.

It’s a good printer, easy to set up. The only issue has been getting pictures to print, it seems to take a long time, but other than that, it’s fine.

Wow what a difference from my years old printer to this new one. I had no idea what printer to get , this one was recommended by the staff of Best Buy and it’s perfect!

Good wireless all-in-one printer. Exactly what we needed. Prints documents well. Pictures are slow to print but nice quality

I've tried every feature already and am not disappointed! All of our devices can print to it easily and picture quality is beautiful!

Have gone through two Epson that only worked for two years. Just got this printer and have a good feeling. Love the printed pages 8n black and in color.

Good pictures and color and i am very impressed on the quality of photos - the only downside is the size - other than that will recommend to anyone

Easy setup of the printer as well as the wifi and enrolling in the HP Ink replacement program. Satisfied with printing quality. As yet have not tried printing pictures

Love the printer. This one was so easy to set up! Hope it lasts as long as my first one. Best Buy provides great customer service and I really appreciate that!!

Never owned a printer before so wanted one that had it all ! Very impressive and great printer. Love the wireless feature.

Have only used it a dozen times but print quality is a lot better than what I had before. Print quality looks good.

So far so good. I don't print much but my Epson would go through ink really fast and required constant cleaning. Setup on this was a breeze.

Great printer and love that it has printer ink monthly subscriptions… saves a lot of time and money on ink!

The photo printer takes a little understanding. I do not like the fact that an SD card is inserted you cannot view them on your computer and can only print ALL of them (that might be one of the learning curves, lol) . It does print nice pictures, but uses a lot of ink (which if you did not know is a HP trait). I do like it - not too big or too small. I am sure I will enjoy it once I know all it's little secrets.

Does exactly what I need. It was a replacement for my HP printer. I haven't tried printing photos yet, but the document copies are very good.

this is like how many printer now???? this is a nicely put together printer at a great price. cartridges are reasonable and it does everything including photo paper.

Was having printer problems and decided to purchase a new one. Looked in several stores at all brands. When I saw this printer, HP ENVY Photo 7855, it appeared to have everything I was looking for. I had a limited space to put it in, needed a photo printer and the instant ink was the icing on the cake. We are redoing our grandchildren’s pictures, on a wall of frames, that this is perfect for what I was looking for. Had a friend who saw mine order them one for the same reasons. Would buy again.
