Customer Ratings & Reviews

Have only used it a dozen times but print quality is a lot better than what I had before. Print quality looks good.

Great design and does a lot more than I expected. Can be hooked up to your phone and be able to print something from home with just a wifi connection

We only print a few documents a week so for us it works great. Higher volumes might take a little longer to print. Good quality images.

Good wireless all-in-one printer. Exactly what we needed. Prints documents well. Pictures are slow to print but nice quality

I replaced my old printer with the same brand and style I had. It made it easier for me at age 67 to set it up. This printer is very easy for a older person to set up themselves. However, the next printer I buy will not be this one. It seems like there is always some problem that it is not printing, I straighten it out and instead of one copy coming out I get 10.

Bought this a few weeks ago. Have not printed that many pages yet but the ones we have are very good. Have printed one photo so far and it came out very good too.

We needed a new printer because the current one we have is a wired printer. My wife bought the HP wireless and we love it.

Interfaces smoothly with the computer. Format for page to be printed is easy to use. Loading paper is user friendly.

Very easy to use, compared to my old printer. Recommended by Best Buy and they did a good job showing me the different printers available.

Love my new printer, stuck with HP, much smaller than last model and love the new ink system, only need cartridges to replace instead of 4. Prints great.

Bought this printer specifically for print and cut on the Cricut machines. Works excellent for that purpose. Scanner capabilities were also a plus.

I’m enjoying this printer. Print quality is good. I like the fact that it prints double sided. It was easy to set up. Easy to scan items.

Easy to setup and use, I selected this model because it has a true fax machine within it, most models do not

Very clear copies with the scanner as well as print jobs from my computer. Haven't printed pictures yet, but so far everything else has worked like a dream!

Never owned a printer before so wanted one that had it all ! Very impressive and great printer. Love the wireless feature.

This has sharp colors, documents feed easily. Had previous HP printer for 10 years, hoping this one lasts also

Was having printer problems and decided to purchase a new one. Looked in several stores at all brands. When I saw this printer, HP ENVY Photo 7855, it appeared to have everything I was looking for. I had a limited space to put it in, needed a photo printer and the instant ink was the icing on the cake. We are redoing our grandchildren’s pictures, on a wall of frames, that this is perfect for what I was looking for. Had a friend who saw mine order them one for the same reasons. Would buy again.

Best printer. I love that I can be in the room across the house and have it print a document from my phone.

I've had a couple of paper jams but that's probably my fault for overloading it. The print quality for photos and text are both great.

The HP Envy 7855 seems to work for me, I like the picture quality, I am just learning how to get the size of pictures that I want to print.
