Great printer for the money

I was promised next day delivery and was charged $32.77 for this. Needless to say my printer was not deliver until 4 days later. I called the main office and was told that I would be getting a refund of the$32.77. I still have not received my refund. So I will not be recommending best buy to anyone I know. I myself and my family will never purchase anything from you again.
