Love the new printer.

I was promised next day delivery and was charged $32.77 for this. Needless to say my printer was not deliver until 4 days later. I called the main office and was told that I would be getting a refund of the$32.77. I still have not received my refund. So I will not be recommending best buy to anyone I know. I myself and my family will never purchase anything from you again.

Only thing I haven't figured out yet is the notifications--At first it popped up several times when I printed because it had to let me know I didn't have photo paper in (didn't need it, but finally gave in & put it in to stop the notifications). Still notifies me several times each time I print, but hoping that is because I did the instant ink & haven't installed that yet. Lord, I hope that fixes it. It is pretty irritating. But, overall, it does everything it is supposed to.
