easy to set up and works great on copies and printing. I haven't tried anything else yet.

Not very impressed with best buy its self. When I purchased this item. I was promised next day delivery and was charged $32.77 for this. Needless to say my printer was not deliver until 4 days later. I called the main office and was told that I would be getting a refund of the$32.77. I still have not received my refund. So I will not be recommending best buy to anyone I know. I myself and my family will never purchase anything from you again.

It does what I need it to do. I purchased this item to replace an older HP All-in-One printer that just stopped working. Easy to use.

Was amazed at the photos it printed. Crystal clear. The black and white almost look laser printed. Very impressed. Highly recommend, easy set up!

This printer was very easy to set up and has functioned very well in doing any and all print assignments sent were printed out without any jamming.

Had to use my HP tech support to set the printer up. The HP web site instructions were confusing to me. Like the printer very much. The technician disabled a Microsoft feature where a pop up would continually slide over with a chime every time you use the scan feature letting you know you’re using the scan feature. I have to call them back and have them disable it for the printer and fax. The features of the machine I like. The auto feed tray is a defining plus for scanning and or faxing multiple pages.

I was a bit concerned by the reviews but the positives were correct. Easy to install, easy to use. Have Win 10 and pnp worked great.

Does everything faster and better than my previous equipment. Should have upgraded years ago! It has taken me out of the dark ages of computering.

I still have not figured out printing from my IPhone but do not suspect there will be any problem. The printer is very so much better than I had before

Have had multiple HP printers. Far superior to other brands that I have owned in the past. And the instant ink program makes it a no brainer!

Once I got it installed it prints good copies. It was very hard to install. I am still learning how to use some of the features.

we bought this printer to replace an older model....the pictures that come out you would think they were came from an higher end model.

Great little photo printer for the price. You get a good amount of features in this little printer.

The new features make this printer easy to use. I like the pop out paper holder. It is great to have only two ink cartridges to manage
