Customer Ratings & Reviews

I still have not figured out printing from my IPhone but do not suspect there will be any problem. The printer is very so much better than I had before

Great product , very easy to sync with my devices . This copier was recommended to me and I’m totally impressed with it so far.

Had to use my HP tech support to set the printer up. The HP web site instructions were confusing to me. Like the printer very much. The technician disabled a Microsoft feature where a pop up would continually slide over with a chime every time you use the scan feature letting you know you’re using the scan feature. I have to call them back and have them disable it for the printer and fax. The features of the machine I like. The auto feed tray is a defining plus for scanning and or faxing multiple pages.

Does everything faster and better than my previous equipment. Should have upgraded years ago! It has taken me out of the dark ages of computering.

So easy to use and not bulky. A great size and easy to move around the house if need be. Love the wireless printing features.

Great printer! Easy to use. I have always been a fan of HP. They never disappoint. Image quality is great!

Not very impressed with best buy its self. When I purchased this item. I was promised next day delivery and was charged $32.77 for this. Needless to say my printer was not deliver until 4 days later. I called the main office and was told that I would be getting a refund of the$32.77. I still have not received my refund. So I will not be recommending best buy to anyone I know. I myself and my family will never purchase anything from you again.

This printer has worked very well. It has good paper capacity and very good print quality.

Once I got it installed it prints good copies. It was very hard to install. I am still learning how to use some of the features.

Have had multiple HP printers. Far superior to other brands that I have owned in the past. And the instant ink program makes it a no brainer!

I was a bit concerned by the reviews but the positives were correct. Easy to install, easy to use. Have Win 10 and pnp worked great.

Love it!!!! So fast printer! And awesome scan copy etc. save my time and very clear to fax to my doctor thank you!!!

we bought this printer to replace an older model....the pictures that come out you would think they were came from an higher end model.

My wife wanted to start a photo album again since we lost all of ours in California. This printer prints off of your phone, so mama is happy.

The new features make this printer easy to use. I like the pop out paper holder. It is great to have only two ink cartridges to manage

It's a great printer. I bought for work and for printing pictures. The printing is great. I'm loving the pictures of my grandbaby!!

Works well. Pretty easy and simple to set up. Wireless capability is great

Getting a new printer along with a new computer was a no-brainer. This envy photo printer is really top quality and easy to use.

Very easy to use!! Great color with clarity. Was not that difficult to set up and start the process!

I am still learning about the printer but am happy with how easy it is to print pictures. The copies are printed fast which is great.
