Nice printer. Horrible support.

However; the support by HP is the worst I have seen from any vendor. Their software for a Mac would not unzip. Contacting HP support was nearly impossible. When after an hour, I finally was unable to talk to someone, they were rude and most unhelpful. I finally unzipped using windows and was able to install the software on my Mac.

Good Printer/ DON NOT PURCHASE INSTANT INK

It’s a waste of money if you print less than 500 pages a month. Plus their terms are not spelled out very well. If you cancel, there is a chip so the ink will no longer work and you have to ship back a full ink cartridge you basically already paid for! Now I have to purchase a brand new ink cartridge to replace good ink. F U HP! Rethink this shady program. Good concept, terrible and misleading execution!
