great printer. functions well easy set up with Mac OS . little thirsty on the ink though

I love this printer, fax, copier, scanner. It has everything I need and just the right size to fit on top of my filing cabinet.

Love it…I replaced my old HP for this one. I love the quality of the pictures.

The printer was easy to install. My needs are basic office printing and I have not had any difficulties.

I bought this printer over a month ago and when we opened it, the print cartridges that came with the printer were the wrong ones. I contacted HP and after being on hold waiting for an hour and a half, I finally got someone, I explained what was wrong and the wrong cartridges were sent, but they were incompetent and said there was nothing they could do if the printer wasn’t throwing an error. Frustrated, I went to Walmart to buy the right cartridges and just my luck due to all the shortages with COVID-19, they only had the multi color one. So I bought it. I found the black one on amazon and bought it, the only problem was it took two weeks for me to get it. Finally I got the cartridges and installed them in the printer just to find out the printer would work it was requested I install the setup cartridges that came with the printer. Obviously I couldn’t do that so I called HP again just to be on hold for another hour for someone else to tell me they couldn’t do anything. I finally demanded a supervisor which took another 30 minutes, long story short they are finally sending me the right cartridges, I don’t know if they will work because I’m still waiting on them. Good luck to whoever buys this and has to deal with HP customer service

We are very pleased with our HP printer. It prints excellent black and white and color pages.

HP products are always such a quality product. The ease of curbside was great! The employees did a great job!

Print Quality is excellent and so is the glass bed scanner. But the top scanner doesnt scan well.

A little noisy, but prints very well at an affordable price

As my former printer, though very good, was big, so I wanted something of equal performance but smaller. This does it all!

Love this photo printer. Easy to use. Only thing missing is the duplex printing using the ADF.

No issue- easy to set up. Worked exactly as you’d want. Haven’t printed photo so I can’t comment on that

Nice print quality. Easy to use. Decent print speed. Main downside is how much color ink it consumes. Not anywhere near what’s claimed. Just to print 25, 4X6 photos, it consumed two new ink cartridges. Not recommended for printing photos. Even though “photo” is in the description.

So far so good! Lightly used in the 2 weeks since purchase. I’ve had several HP home printers each lasting about 4 yrs.

I needed to replace my HP printer as HP couldn't supply the ink needed for it. I had purchased the replacement warranty. I only had to pay the difference of what the new printer cost. The young man was excellent in helping me get this taken care of. I did not have to order it as he found one that had just been shipped to the store. I also purchased the replacement warranty on the new printer as it has proven to be a good investment.
