The quality of the printed document is fine, could be a little crisper. Had there been paper and toner in the printers on display at Best Buy, I could have tried printing something to see how slow it was and the quality of the printed page. So bought it blind based on reviews and the fact it was on a good sale. The two-sided printing function is really slow and you must manually turn the sheet over to copy even though there is an auto feed function. The sheet pops half way out and then the printer says wait for ink to dry for several seconds, then it will print the second side. Also I Ieave the power on and it keeps going into sleep mode, which means if I need to print something after 10-15 minutes I have to go over to the printer and touch the screen to awaken it and print. I have not tried to print a photo yet. Overall, the printer is just OK, does the job, but not as well as my previous printer.
