Easy set up
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The starter color toner cartridge that came with the printer was defective and refused to print Cyan after several “cleanings.” My local Best Buy store could not replace it so we printed black-and-white till our first replacement ink plan cartridges came in the mail. Now color printing works very well. Waiting to see if the HP replacement ink plan is a good deal.

Good Quality, Difficulty Setting it Up
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is reliable once it is set-up. The biggest negative for me was the set-up process. I can normally do this myself, but I had to find someone smarter than I to get my software in sync with the printer. We bought the printer in Texas before moving to Florida a year ago. Had I remained in Texas, I would have asked for a Best Buy technician to install it for me.
