Possibly due to my age (79) I had the same problem with this one. It took a home visit to fix that. Which brings me to my HP Envy 7855. My only issue with this and other printers is the window is very small and information very limited. I should not have to go on the internet to find and answer or help that I can read.Other wise, I would buy this printer again.

Easy set up, pretty good quality

I purchased the printer for my home office and also to print pictures. I don’t feel it’s good for printing pictures, the quality is just not there. Will use more for printing documents. I haven’t used the scanner or fax yet. Nice to be able to print from my laptop, iPad and cell phone. Got the printer on sale for about $150.
