Not a good review... Only a backup printer

I had to print some photos and no promise of a new expensive print head. I went the Saginaw Mich BB store and they only had 2 printers in stock. The 7855 Was one of them. I've since received a print head from HP and have relegated this ENVY Photo 7855 to only a backup status. The dual paper handling is a plus but I find that the upper one where I keep 4x6 photo paper mis-feeds frequently and I have to open and clear. The other minus feature is that it only has two ink cartridges. The starter cartridges didn't last very long and BB didn't have replacements--blamed the virus; most likely true. Not surprising HP like other Mfgrs. is trying to sell you on the subscription ink supply. My other printer is back in operation and this one is now my backup. In short, I would probably not buy this printer if the circumstances were different. I do a lot of photographs which uses up the colored cartridge pretty fast. Can't speak to the 3 in 1 features because haven't used them.
