I am only using this printer to print statements and bills for records. I would say no more than 10 pages a month. Since I bought is printer in 2021, I can't believe how much $$$ was spent on ink and how many paper was wasted cos of the poor print quality. I can't believe I have to buy ink every 2 months for printing 10 pages a month plus sometime it is showing streaks instead of characters on regular bills and statements even the ink level shown is almost full. I wouldn't even bother with printing photo on this thing.

I’m sorry that you’ve encountered such difficulty with your printer. I can wholly understand why rapid ink use and poor print quality would be a most unwelcome combination. I want to help you out of this dilemma, so I’ll suggest some resources and provide some information that I hope will reach that end.
First, I recommend following the steps listed in a guide on our support site to improving print quality. Issues covered include streaked or faded prints, color or black ink not printing properly or at all, and blurred or fuzzy text. Find that guide here:

Next, it concerns me that the cartridges you’ve received performed so poorly. If you’ve installed replacements, the XL cartridges designed for your printer have estimated yields of 415 to 600 pages, while the regular size cartridges are expected to produce 165 to 200 pages. How cartridges perform in your own printer varies according to numerous factors, including resolution, how dry the air is and how absorbent the paper is.

I just don’t like to be pressured with the number of pages I am limited to each month. I know I can buy more pages, but that’s not the point. A 100 pages come together quickly at my house. I took off one star because of my gripe. I am on the fence about the “recomment this to a friend”. I am undecided, but will say yes to keep the peace!
