Works fine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The printer replaced my HP Photosmart 7520, which I liked until it acted up. This Envy works fine. I just don’t like to be pressured with the number of pages I am limited to each month. I know I can buy more pages, but that’s not the point. A 100 pages come together quickly at my house. I took off one star because of my gripe. I am on the fence about the “recomment this to a friend”. I am undecided, but will say yes to keep the peace!

HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer

This is also a very good printer for documents and general printing. However I have had trouble selecting letter size paper when printing borderless pages in best quality, the printer keeps wanting to print to 4 x 6 photo paper instead of plain paper.

He called and I had to get the computer set up so we could go through the settings, and he said that he would call back. HE NEVER DID! Fortunately, I am competent enough that I can read. I got the printer set up, and from now on you should not offer any phone assistance but just tell the buyer to read the instructions.
