Paper tray is 1/2 the capacity as the old printer but not an issue. Much smaller and has all the bells and whistles as the other one. I did NOT do the auto ink - got burned on the last printer - it died, not repairable and discontinued - with 6 brand new ink cartridges on hand to throw away. HP needs to make a universal cartridge for more than on printer.
