Unit is adequate but features leave a lot to be desired. Touch screen too small, holds very little paper, won't scan unless you use HP Smart app, wireless is challenged, and so on. Gave it to my grandson for homework and bought a better HP unit for more money. Happy with the upgrade. Get what you pay for.

Good print quality

The issue we have is that the blue "ready" light often blinks after just setting a while which indicates a disconnect from the laptop. When this happens we have to unplug the printer, wait, and replug which uses up more ink then the blue light stays on.

Nice running printer

Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because the maintenance functions on the touchpad are so small I can hardly get them singled out with my finger, and also when I slide my finger to scroll, it doesn't respond well. Haven't tried the scanner function yet, or printing pictures either, but has those capabilities.
