We needed a home office printer that could print wirelessly from different devices and also do a good job printing photographs. This printer was the perfect choice. We got it at a good price and it was easy to install. And the wireless capability was super easy - my husband, who doesn't like electronics, has no trouble with it at all. I recommend it highly to anyone with similar needs.

The ink subscription is good but it takes WAY TOO LONG to receive! First one took over 10 days to receive. Submitted an inquiry and never heard anything back. Paper tray is slightly awkward to load. Printer itself is super easy to set up,

I was in need of a printer because my last printer didn’t always work and was difficult to use as a scanner. This printer has not cost me any issues and the scanning is super easy. I also love having a wireless printer so that I can print from my phone, my iPad, and another computer in the house. We use the printer multiple times a week for business and personal reasons. It never lets us down.

Set up was a breeze, operation is simple and intuitive -- and this is coming from someone who is technologically challenged!

So far so good but haven’t printed any pics yet. Colored papers and plain black print have come out good and clear. I’m coming from an older model HP printer which worked great for 5 or 6 years until even with new ink installed, wouldn't print anything without lines etc. it’s great getting the scanner, copier and fax all in one!

I needed a copier that i can copie off phone also able to fax things. I need something easy to use and set up. This is it. It will also do plain copies and 2 sided copies.

prints well, fairly quiet while printing, first batch of black ink ran out after about 200 pages. Don't know if this is good or bad, but now replaced with 64XL. Pretty happy overall. Works well with windows scan app. Don't need to use my old Acrobat version

The HP - ENVY Photo 7855 Wireless All-In-One has been a great purchase - affordable and meets my needs. It was easy to install and easy to use. The color is crisp and clear, and having automatic both sides printing is very convenient and a real time-saver for me. Another plus is the affordability of the ink for this printer.

When this printer works it works very well. This is my third one the first 2 developed internal issues and were returned / replaced. The most recent one works well wirelessly and produces good quality photos from Apple products.

We have slow WiFi here in our rural area, rendering our old printer unable to stay on-line. I worried the Envy would have the same problem but it works great wirelessly.

I needed a new printer when my old printer died. I knew I wanted an HP and Best Buy had several different models to choose from. I like how fast it prints the page and even offers both sides of paper printing. Was easy to set up. Touch screen is easy to use and I like how it only has two ink cartridges. Haven't used enough to see how many pages it will print.

The 7855 is easy to use, prints quality and comes at a resaonable price.

I purchased a new HP - ENVY Photo 7855 Wireless All-In-One Printer to replace an older printer that was not wireless and got such a great price for it at Best Buy that the new HP - ENVY Photo 7855 Wireless All-In-One Printer ended up costing almost the same as the ink cartridges for my older printer. I am very happy with it and recommend it to anyone!

I bought this in person. The sales representative answered my questions. The printer is all I had hoped it would be. Easy to use - wireless - scanner - copier and printer. It is truly all in one. It was easy to install and set up. I was using the printer within 10 minutes of taking it out of the box.
