Quality great but have to reset EVERY time I want

I’ve called customer service and they still can’t figure it out. I have a Mac and I have to reinstall it EVERY time I want to print something! Print quality for pics are great when printed front the computer. Printing from my phone goes straight to PDF and NOT on photo paper:(
