Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to replace my HP Officejet Pro 8620 printer in a hurry & the new HP Envy Photo 7855 all in one, was immediately available & actually has much better Wifi dual band connectivity. It does not have two sided to two sided copy capability which is the only negative comment I have in the short time I've been using this HP product.

Quality great but have to reset EVERY time I want

I’ve called customer service and they still can’t figure it out. I have a Mac and I have to reinstall it EVERY time I want to print something! Print quality for pics are great when printed front the computer. Printing from my phone goes straight to PDF and NOT on photo paper:(
