Great investment

Great printer for copies. Honestly, I hadn’t used the fax or printed pics yet, so I can’t speak on that. However, for basic copying & printing this printer was worth the buy. If I had one complaint, I had to reset up my WiFi because it just dropped for some reason. Other than that, this purchase was worth it.

A little tricky

I love the feeder option. My problem is with the HP smart app you have to use. I can't change the picture to 4X6 it is stuck on 5X7. I put in my password to try to change the setting and it locks me out. I would say I am a little tech savy and can figure things out pretty quickly. The HP smart app is not user friendly at all in my eyes. The printer is good. When you do two sided it takes a few seconds to dry the second side which is great. I just notice that there is line on the side of the paper when I do a single copy sometimes. I am just really frustrated that the picture tray does not automatically print 4x6 and that the HP smart is not easy to figure out at all
