Total Tech support, came to the rescue again.

I've been using this new printer steadily since it's purchase - and I love it! Took off one star for ease of setup, which I found not easy, but it was late at night (literally bought it while store was closing), I was working on a deadline and I was coming out of the printer stone ages!
