We found the printer that works well for us !
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I shopped Best Buy web site for a printer that would fill my needs. The printer I found was a Samsung brand. The price was right as they say, so I ended up purchasing it online. I was able to pick up the printer that same day. A great overall buying experience online. Would highly recommend doing this if you feel comfortable enough purchasing product online.

GOOD PRINTER, BUT NOT PERFECT
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second HP Envy Photo series printer. As far as print quality, both machines have worked fine. My only real complaint is that HP printers have a hard-to-use display, not at all touch sensitive, and it's clumsy to navigate through the menus. They'd be great if HP would fix this problem.

Great replacement printer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a HP Photo Smart 7520 Series printer for several years. Replaced the printer head two different times but was still having issues getting excellent printed documents. My sister had replaced her old printer with the HP ENVY Photo 7855 and was very pleased with it, so I decided I would try the ENVY myself. I am very satisfied with the HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer.
