    So far, so good. I have not had it long but have not had any deal breaking problems so far. I was afraid to purchase after some reviews. Only four stars because I have experienced the issue with it going offline. I guess it is updating.

    This unit is space saving and does all of the functions required. It has multi-communication options. It's processes are touch screen driven, but the menus are not self-explanatory. If you want to enlarge a document, you have to drill down and work the menu. I could not find the function and had to search for the steps on the internet.
