Great printer; HP Instant Ink too complicated

My sign up for HP’s Instant Ink program was a nightmare, however. It took over 2 hours to jump through all the cumbersome security hoops including 2-3 maddeningly frustrating help line calls going through those wretched call decision trees before talking with a human.
