Last HP printer I will (unfortunately) have bought

So I have a lot of photos I'd like to print, and ordered this printer. Comparing photos printed on the officejet to this printer, the officejet colors were less true than the envy, but the envy prints were like a ghost of the colors seen on the computer screen. Truer, but not enough ink put on the paper. Additionally, the paper tray, you had to guess where to position paper. It kept telling me no paper in the tray, so I'd budge the paper around until it was seeing the paper. So I swapped it for an HP 9010 series printer. This printer, at least it finds the paper you put in the tray. But the colors are less true. Secondly, I printed a bunch of photos, and the first ones were successful. Another 5 photos, were like really bad watery watercolors, indiscernible what the photo was of. Then another 5 that printed successfully. I've been on chat more times than I can count, and each time, chat loses connections, like 6 times in a chat session. Type info into the box, and it dumps you without posting what you typed (which disappears), reconnecting, reconnecting. Isn't this a computer company? And chat, you start at like # 97 waiting inline. I decided to try calling yesterday, and left my number for a call back. They never did. So another day where I attempt once again to get support for a brand new printer. I think HP has finally done it. I have never purchased anything other than HP over decades. This will be my last. What poor hardware, what worse support. Unbelievable.

Good personal use printer

But I tried printing a copy of a photo, and it turned out SCARY!! Oh, my. I'll try another, but the photo quality was awful.
