Awesome Printer

BB Installer, Adam, was thorough in explaining its operation. Hubby is main user of the scanning feature and with Adam's expertise, he showed him how to easily operate it. Thanks to Adam.

Not the best

I bought it two years ago, which means it lasted longer than my previous HP printer. I used the document feeder today, and I didn't notice until it was done with about 8 pages, that it left rubber tracks on all the originals. It also crunched about a 1/16th" at the center of the leading edge. I don't expect this from HP. On the good side, it did do a beautiful edge to edge print job when I made some custom cards recently. Also, I don't understand, but we've got two computers connected to this printer, and the same file prints differently depending on which computer sends the file.

They are of good quality but was disappointed this one does not automatically update. I always use HP paper and does not seem to quite have the vibrant tones that my prior printer had.
