I like HP printers all in ones been buying them for several years now the quality of the pictures that I print are to be beaten by no one I love the ease of use the Wi-Fi being able to send pictures through my phone laptop desktop good printer

The printer has printed great pictures. The printer is digital so I have printed from my phone, tablet and laptop without connecting a wire. I will do some holiday prints on it and it seems to be good on ink so far. I have nothing but good things to say about it but time will tell.

Kerrie at Best Buy is super helpful and she really knows a lot about the products. I would go back for all of my electronic needs. Our printer was easy to set up and it is easy to use. The print quality is great and the ink cartridges are not too expensive.

Well my last HP OfficeJet printer died last week so it was time for a new one. I was very happy with that printer so buying another HP was the only choice for me. This one has all of the same features that my last one had. It's quite a bit smaller than my last one which is nice as it takes up less space on my desk. I have it running on my home network so my desktop, laptop and even my phone can print without any problems. The document feeder was a must and it works perfectly. I haven't yet printed any pictures to see how well they would turn out, but I don't print many of those so I'm not too worried. I am very happy with this purchase.

I previously owned a HP ENVY 7640 that performed flawlessly. Once it finally broke down, rather than having Best Buy repair it, even though it might have been something as simple as a faulty power switch, I decided to upgrade to the HP ENVY Photo 7855. Unfortunately, during the first week I encountered several minor problems, such as a paper jam, the print cartridge needing to be reinserted, and finally the printer going off-line every time I turned off and restarted my computer and printer. Fortunately, I believe, (knock on wood), those the problems have been solved, and now it is performing even better than my previous printer. Faster too since I am now able to utilize the 5G rather than the 2G speed of my WIFI router. The only long-standing problem is that the printer is a lot noisier than the HP 7640. Even so, I can live with that discrepancy.

i’ve been looking for a printer like this for a while, just didn’t jump the gun to buying one until now, i like how the hp app works flawless and setting it up was a breeze…… i like how you can print duplex or simplex depend long on what you want to print or copy, the photo comes out great

Love this printer! Our old one was really old (i.e. used Vista!) so this is a great upgrade to that product. So far so good and love that it is wireless and I can print from our phones, Chromebook, laptops, etc. Highly recommend this printer!

I purchased this printer as a gift for my husband but I knew the whole family would get some use out of it. It was easy to set up and continues to be easy to use. We use it on a daily basis to wirelessly print shopping lists, printing labels, and pictures from our main computer and our wireless devices.

This printer is amazing in every aspect! There are not enough good things, I can say about it. This printer is high quality! And can do it all! Print pictures, fax print documents directly from your phone. So very easy to set up and use. I am very pleased with this purchase

I purchased the HP Envy Photo 7855! The sales person online was so patient comparing and contrasting the different printers for me. I could not believe how easy it was to install. I am an educator who needed to learn technology very quickly. Scanning was easy too! i am super happy!!!

This is our first HP printer. We went to the store to buy another brand, but the software package and the quality of the output sold us on this one. We feel like we made a huge step forward in ease-of-use and functionality by purchasing this printer. We've had it for 3 weeks now and find it exceeding our expectations.

I have always HP printers for its ease of operation and setup. This printer does not disappoint. It's quick, quiet, and has all the features I like. Only downside (if you can call it that)--my old HP used 62 cartridges while the new one uses 64, but I was able to get store credit (from another store) toward the purchase of 64's.

My initial print, I was thrilled with quality and ease. For a brief period, I was able to print from various apps (Browser, Word, Adobe) easily. I went a few weeks without printing and now find that I can only print through HP Smart App. I'm now on a troubleshooting mission (which I have little tolerance for) and find that many others have the same issue. In many years, I have never been required to use a specific app to print from and find the annoyance of this outweighs any benefits of this printer. I'm giving 3 stars only because it will actually print once you figure out you have to use the HP Smart App. For the most part, I'm finding this a large paperweight.

High quality prints for the money. The HP ink program is a good deal too.

Plug it in, set it up...it just works! Stays connected to google printers. Instant ink option is wonderful! No more grief about where to buy, how much to pay etc. for ink. Looks like it has some brilliant options like print text in black (as opposed to using color to print text, I'm guessing).

When I print, the paper roller or whatever it’s called sounds like it’s having a hard time and makes a grinding noise sometimes. Also keeps telling me I need to add paper when it has plenty. Overall good print quality and easy setup.

The HP Envy Photo 7855 made me nervous at first because i couldn't get it to connect with my iMac, but it turned out to be the iMac not the Envy. It works perfectly with speed and accuracy. Photos look great and every function is effortless. Glad I got it and really glad the Best Buy salesperson introduced me to it.
