    It is a large paper weight. It never really worked right from the beginning. I've spent hours with technical support. I received a 00829C98 error last year and I stopped trying to resolve the issue so I went back to my old Canon. I have a new computer now and I cannot get my Canon's drivers to install so I just tried to resurrect my HP Envy Photo 7855. I still have the same error and I cannot get the issue resolved.

    For the cost, you can't beat it. It is quality - its a fax, copier, printer all in one with a separate tray that the printer recognizes as photo paper. It can also be wireless to a computer. What also makes it special is the printer will let HP know when you are low on ink and it is shipped out so you are never out of ink.
