It is quality - its a fax, copier, printer all in one with a separate tray that the printer recognizes as photo paper. It can also be wireless to a computer. What also makes it special is the printer will let HP know when you are low on ink and it is shipped out so you are never out of ink.

Not the best

I bought it two years ago, which means it lasted longer than my previous HP printer. I used the document feeder today, and I didn't notice until it was done with about 8 pages, that it left rubber tracks on all the originals. It also crunched about a 1/16th" at the center of the leading edge. I don't expect this from HP. On the good side, it did do a beautiful edge to edge print job when I made some custom cards recently. Also, I don't understand, but we've got two computers connected to this printer, and the same file prints differently depending on which computer sends the file.
